Cindy is the absolute best at what she does! AND she is an amazing woman too! You really can’t beat that when it comes to salons. Reasonable price and quality work; yes please! I definitely let everyone know about her quaint little boutique in Rogue River. It’s such a relaxing environment when you walk in. I will absolutely be making my monthly hair visits!
