We are a small batch custom bakery specializing in both Sweet & Savory made from scratch cobblers that are crafted utilizing the abundance of Sonoma County’s seasonal organic products… right down to our butter! We would like to introduce a few of our signature cobblers. Rosemary-​Sage-​Garlic-​Chicken cobbler. Crafted with organic chicken, seasonal veggies and a home made broth that’s then layered and baked between our hand made double pastry crust. And for our fruit lovers fresh seasonal Gravenstein apple, apple-​pear, pumpkin, or sweet potato, crafted with organic Saigon Cinnamon and Brown Sugar, layered between our home made double pastry crust. The best cobbler in the industry! Cj’s Sweet & Savory Cobblers… It’s More Than Just The Crust!

Established in 2013.

We are a small batch, made to order bakery that specializes in both Sweet & Savory cobblers hand made from scratch utilizing the bounty of Sonoma County’s finest local and organic sustainable fruits, meats, and veggies making our cobblers organic from the crust up. We enjoy working with our local growers and farmers! We find doing so not only secures our top quality ingredients, but boost our local economy while building everlasting partnerships.

Business Owner

The love of baking was nurtured by my parents. They were both professional cook’s that believe in nothing but cooking and baking from the heart and utilizing the freshest, most local ingredients available. These exact principals has inspired the creation of Cj’s Sweet & Savory Cobblers.

Following my parents lead, I continued to self-​educate and emerge myself into the world of cooking. While baking for friends and family I began to also experiment with recipes discovered while watching such classic cooking shows like Jaques Pepin’s… Fast Food My Way & Cooking with Julia!

Falling hard for baking, I furthered my knowledge by volunteering at local cooking store’s cooking classes. By doing so I was provided guidance and education by professional Chef’s which further enhanced my love for baking. I’m no Julia Child, but my cobbler’s are a hit amongst friends and family!
