HPI Property Management Provides property management services to our clients by leveraging our lending background in order to provide our clients with higher quality tenants, better asset management, and more convenience for the property owner. We use market-​leading software with integrated marketing, owner/​tenant portals, and the ability to handle maintenance issues quickly to provide faster access to owner’s rental income.

History

Established in 2008.

HPI Real Estate (formerly North Bay Realty & Loans) was started to provide a full service solution to first time home buyers in Sonoma County. Being experts in both Real Estate and loans, we can guide first time home buyers through the complicated process of buying their first home.

Through our sister company, HPI Financial, we offer FHA/​VA financing as well as conventional financing. We conduct a thorough pre-​qualification with free credit report so that our clients know exactly what their price range is and we only show clients homes in their price range. We want our clients to come back to us each time they want to purchase or refinance so we make sure that we get them into homes and loans that they can afford.

I began my career in finance with HSBC in 2001 as a wholesale representative. I learned how lenders work from the inside so when I started HPI Real Estate & HPI Financial in 2008 I was able to take my experience working for the lender, and use it to help our clients.
