I like dr shadid, she is nice, thorough and knowledgeable. she has a nice office and takes my insurance. My only complaint is that it has gotten very schedule an appointment, my most recent one took three phone calls bc the newest secretary had to call me back every time I asked a question or requested a day or time, it was extremely frustrating from a customer perspective. I was also there two and a half hours while multiple customers were juggled. This was not my experience coming here the last several years so I truly hope it’s a matter of new staff needing to learn the ropes

The doctor never showed up for a 10am appointment. The receptionist states the Dr. Thought my appt was at 11. This place just lost my entire family for their business. Unbelievable.

Dr. Shadid and her staff were professional and very kind, as well as timely with scheduling and keeping appointments on track (very little waiting!). They even managed to get me in with fairly short notice and accomodated my schedule cheerfully for a follow up visit.
I appreciated how careful Dr. Shadid was with various eye health tests (compared to many practitioners who were much less thorough over the years) and making sure my prescription was accurate. This was especially important since I’d had to go without for a few years and really needed a new prescription and glasses. Dr. Shadid took time to answer my questions about various tests and my eye health in general.
I’m very happy with my new glasses and how efficiently and professionally Dr. Shadid and her staff handled everything, from scheduling to payment, communication and follow up care.

Dr. Shadid and her staff were very, professional, friendly and helpful. I got really good thorough exam from Dr. Shadid. She has a very wide range of designer glasses to choose from. The first pair she suggested I try on turned out to be the pair I bought. I really enjoy my glasses. I will go here for my next pair of glasses.

In my opinion, Dr. Paula and her staff are really concerned and care about their patients. I had a great experience purchasing new glasses. Price was right, I received my glasses faster than expected and they made sure I was happy with my new glasses before I left. Bravo Guys! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ Thanks

I have been going to Rohnert Park Optometric Center for the past 6yrs. Dr. Shadid and her staff members are very friendly and professional — and they always make me feel welcome. I’m always amazed on how thorough her exam is and on how much time she spends on me, including picking out a pair glasses that work best for me.

Rohnert Park Optometric Center is a very great place for a thorough exam and friendly service. Dr. Shadid, Morgan, and Brook were kind and accommodating. My entire family goes here and we’re not exactly the easiest to please but Dr. Shadid and her staff were very patient and understanding. I highly recommend them.

I Thought I was doing the right thing, patronizing a local independent business not COSCO, Len’s Crafters, or Walmart. Boy, am I disapointed with the lack of service after thle sale!
I PURCHASED A $ 700 PAIR OF GLASSES WHICH NEEDED A REPLACEMENT BRIDGE/​NOSE PIECE which deteriorated after a few years. BUT WAS TOLD «sorry we’re to busy to help you, look on the internet yourself»
I’ll bet they would find time to sell me a new $ 700 pair of glasses. If you expect service after the sale, look elsewhere Paula D Shadid O.D. won’t help you.

DON’T BE A SUCKER, GO TO WALMART for half the price, I guarantee you’ll get better service.

Dr. S and her staff were very good to me. She took extra time with me due to prior contact lense experience. The glasses I purchased lasted 7 years before needing new lenses. I wish I lived closer, I haven’t found anyone better.
