I highly recommend Bridgett and Critteer Sitters. She walked and cared for my two dogs for 2 weeks while I was on vacation. Bridgett is efficient, caring and very professional. One of my dogs is a puppy and I was amazed at how responsive Bridgett was in her attention to the puppy’s needs. My kitchen is next to the dog door and Bridgett helped maintain the barrier set up to keep the puppy out of the rest of the house. She continued my walking training routine, and when I returned, my puppy walked on a leash better than when I left. Bridgett communicated by text to me and even sent me a picture. She also communicated with my daughter who was staying at my house in the evenings. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I am in recommending Bridgett.

Bridgett is an amazing pet sitter. I have been using Bridgett’s services since May 2013 and every single month since October 2013. She works with my ever changing schedule and any last minute changes my work throws at me. She is a very capable pet sitter and was able to give medication to my cats when they needed it. She always leaves my place in great condition. She is very accommodating when I have a special request. Bridgett goes the extra mile because customer service is a priority to her. I am moving out of the South Bay and I am sad that I will not be able to utilize her services anymore. I can not recommend Bridgett enough.

I could not ask for a better, more reliable, more professional and compassionate pet care service. Bridgett has been there for us during difficult medical situations with our dog, and there were times we accidentally caused her to scramble because we messed up our reservation dates and she had to find coverage on very little notice (we’re sorry, Bridgett!). She’s the absolute best and we appreciate her and her services deeply. It is a relief to know that our dogs are in her capable care. I’m a raving fan. We are so lucky to have her.

Bridgett was great with our cats. She came to our house daily to feed them, clean litter boxes, and give them attention while we were gone for a long trip. Before we left she came over for a meet & greet to ensure the best care for our cats. Bridgett is very professional and also brought in our mail and rotated lights while we were gone. She was responsive to emails inquiring about the kitties. I would definitely use her services again!
