Stroh Orthodontics

My son is 10yrs old and got his braces from Dr. Stroh about 6months ago.
The Dr and his staff are awesome. They always listen to you and know what your needs are.
We still have a long way to go but so far we are really happy with the treatment and their customer service.

The dog ate my daughters retainer! I was not happy thinking of the cost! Not only did Dr. Stroh’s staff FIX the retainer, they did not charge us for it, they fixed it within a week! Thrilled with the staff and customer relations that the office provides!

Dr Stroh is amazing!!! He is the best of the best. His office staff is totally professional and very friendly. The office is also super clean and I really appreciate the variety of coffee and tea he provides in the waiting room.
I love my visits with Dr. Stroh because he is always smiling and his energy is positive, inviting and loving.
I owe my amazing smile all to Dr Stroh. I always get compliments on how great my smile is and how straight my teeth are and its all Dr. Stroh.
There is no other Orthodontist to go to in the South Bay.

Where do I begin? If I could give Dr. Stroh 10 stars I would. To begin I transferred in from another orthodontics practice that told me that I was most likely going to have an implant on a tooth that was only 30% likely to come down. When Dr Stroh brought me in, he told me that my chances of having that tooth come down was 100% likely and we will get it done as quickly as possible. Not only did Dr Stroh pull that tooth down, he made my smile look so perfect, not to gloat, but really show the lengths that Dr Stroh will go to for perfection. I could not be anymore appreciative of him and his team, who always brought me to a smile every time I came in. You could never go wrong with taking your orthodontic needs to Dr. Stroh, he really does care about his patients and his work. Thank you so much Dr. Stroh, I could not be anymore pleased with my experience.

My daughter just finished treatment (braces off yesterday!) and I can’t say enough about our experience with Dr. Stroh and his staff. We had heard wonderful things so we made the decision to drive all the way from Orange County for her treatment. It was well worth it! From our first appointment we found the entire staff to be courteous, accommodating and knowledgable. Thank you Dr. Stroh! Mia has been beaming all day as a result of her new beautiful smile!

I can’t believe Dr. Stroh doesn’t have more reviews, he is as good as it gets. I came to Dr. Stroh to repair the damage that a previous orthodontist did to my teeth. I was so traumatized at how bad my teeth were that I hardly left the house. From the moment I had a consultation I knew I was in good hands. I teared up in the consultation room explaining my situation and he was quick to eliminate my fears.
Since I was about to be starting college I was embarrassed to be getting braces on again and really pushed to have them off within a year. To be honest, I was probably the most annoying patient he has ever had. I would come in every 2 weeks instead of 4, I would bring charts and drawings of how I want my teeth to look, etc. Never did he act annoyed about it and he listened to each and every concern. In the end he was able to get my braces off in less than a year with absolutely phenomenal results. He also kept in constant contact with my dentist as I had to have additional dental work done once the braces were removed. My experience with Dr. Stroh was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

Why do I love Stroh Orthodontics? Here is one example, outside of their stellar work…
My daughter had a top retainer break, the wire broke where it goes into the hard retainer. Bottom line, it was 100% an error in the craftsmanship, the wire was sanded down, or put another way, ‘thin’ when we got it. Something that BOTH my daughter and I noticed when she got the retainer, we commented to one another, while also appreciating the rainbow color, and horse she picked to have on the retainer.
Sure enough, a few months after having the retainer, the wire broke, in the exact spot we noticed! Today after getting the new retainer, I was informed that I was going to be charged for repairs — WHAT?
I did not have the time to challenge the charge on the spot, so I sent an e-​mail that night with my explanation. Within 24 hours I got a call back from Freda, explaining that they understood the basis for my inquiry and would remove the repair charges.
If you like great work, and honest people, Stroh Orthodontics will appeal to you, I’ve found them second to none.

Was referred to this office by my dentist (Dr. Lew — see review below). Fantastic staff! Dr. Stroh is friendly, knowledgeable, and quite the perfectionist which is more than fine with me. Seems to be a local favorite and well-​liked in the community (PV/​South Bay generally). A large number of the patients are children. The staff interacts very well with the children and their families. I am currently treating with Invisalign and have been pleased with the entire process so far.
