Growing up, I always participated in sports but was never in very good shape. Over time I gained more and more weight until one Christmas I received personal training as a gift. Soon after, I began eating right and working out. After dropping about 40 pounds I started working on becoming a personal trainer myself. In April of 2009, I received my Personal Trainer Certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise). I’ve spent the last couple of years working with various types of client to improve both their health and overall well-being. I love being a personal trainer and find it very fulfilling when I help my clients reach their goals.
