Keith came over rather quickly. I liked Jim but it was Keith. With his regular depressed, smart mouthed fashion… he went into personal remarks about my religion, my house keeping and how HE thinks things should be in the world to suit him. His work failed, I called immediately and over the phone he immediately brought his brother Jim up as the installer and somehow he made a mistake before looking at it. It was Keith. not Jim. I do not ever want to have him here again, but want to film his obvious Napoleon complex on tape, for all to see here and Angies list, yellow pages, superpages. etc. iF ANYONE HAS ANY LAWSUITS AGAINST HIM, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AND i WILL JOIN YOU.

Keith is so great to work with. They are our go to plumber for any repair. Their honesty is what truly stands out. When he could have said I needed a new hot water heater he showed me the single nut that was loose. Tightened the nut and saved me hundreds.

We have used R&S’s services twice now, in our home and at my business location. Great service, fair pricing, and a very friendly/​professional attitude. Quite pleased!
To elaborate, we had once called Bishop Plumbing to power route a clogged sink drain, which I was unable to clear with a hand router. We were heavily over-​charged by Bishop for their service. A few months later, we were back on the phone, calling plumbers for the same drain tile. R&S came out, power-​routed the drain (no more problems with it since then, thanks!), routed one of our toilets, rebuilt the flushing mechs. in its tank, fitted new shut-​off valves to replace the leaking ones… all for significantly less than what Bishop had charged us.
