I scheduled a 10 am appointment here to have a second look at my taxes after the first place I went screws them up. What do you know the doors are locked and no one’s here. Nothing but bad experiences from this company. If call ahead before coming here, make sure they even bother to show up!

Had an appointment and it was delayed an hour!!! Kept me waiting and always insisting that it would only be a few more minutes. Long story short… they still charged me the $ 90 and no apology for the wait. They suck. Never going back.

I have trusted H&R Block for my taxes for 10 years now, and like the convenience of this location. My tax consultant, Wanda, is as thorough and sweet as can be. She researches tax questions thoroughly. Other professionals in the office are also quite helpful.

Because of my anal compulsive mindset I had to have my taxes done asap therefore costing me 41 to file my taxes.
But wait H&R Block is free for basic filing right?
Wrong.
Read the small print.
Federal tax filing only and you pay for state.
TurboTax is free and convenient, you can even file in your pajamas!
Next year I will have to remember that.
I was finished with my taxes under 20 minutes and only had a 5 minute wait which was nice.
This locations office is as big as a shoebox, though located in a strip mall which was nice because I had to make a stop to Kinko’s located in the next building.
