I love this salon– and the people who work in it! Excellent service, reasonable prices– they get to know their customers and treat them like family, with a genuine care and concern. I go here regularly and highly recommend them!:)

Just left Lee Beau Nails in Rolling Meadows. Had an appointment and they made me just sit there for a half hour. Left and came here to Regal. My new choice for nails. Everyone very friendly, spoke English and did a great job on my pedicure. Thank you Regal

I always come here to get my eyebrows done. Very fast and they always look great. Yesterday my friends and I came in and got pedicures and manicures. they took their time working on our feet and our nails look great. Highly recommend! Great prices too!

As a licensed cosmetologist I am always so impressed with this salon. I’ve been to multiple nail salons across Chicago but this is the one I keep coming back to. The cleanliness and friendliness of the salon and staff exceed my expectations everytime. Jimmy and Darlene are my nail techs and I highly recommend this place!

The first time I came in I had given up on finding a tech by the next morning for an event, but just noticed the salon in WalMart! I didn’t expect anything extravagant. I told Tina what I was looking for and she did EXACTLY what I wanted– for some reason a surprise in this business. I have been searching all my life for a nail chick like Tina! It was love at first stroke LOL. Sometimes I just come in, close my eyes, and let her take care of me– never disappointed. I don’t know what anyone is talking about with the family, Don and his family are the nicest people! My daughter comes in JUST to see Darlene, if we are just shopping we always stop to say hello and hug it out. This place is the best for convenience, price, selection, AND technique! If I am FORCED to go somewhere else, I’ll let them fill and give me tips but I just go right back to Tina to hook them up :) NO ONE ELSE ALLOWED!

I use to love this nail salon, until I noticed that Don the owner was very unfriendly, he does an exceptional job on your nails, however, a friendly small conversation with a customer wouldn’t hurt. All of them are unfriendly and rude when you walk in as if they are doing you a favor by doing your nails. Now there is one girl who is (thin pretty short young girl) — she is soooooo friendly and kind to all the customers, she only does pedicures. I don’t know her name. And, for the best pedicures in there — you should only ask for MARK — he is awesome, friendly, kind, caring and shows great care when doing your pedicure — I highly recommend MARK for a pedicure. The rest of them Don, his mom and the others are unfriendly, arrogant, and speaks very little English. When I walk into the shop after 5+ years of going to this salon — he turns or drops his head down so that he doesn’t have to speak to you upon entering the salon. Now how rude is that? I only continue to go back to the salon — if I am desperate and my other salon is too busy for me and then I will xall them as back up. I only want MARK to do my pedicure, if he is not there I will walk out. However, Don does great nails — but he is very very unfriendly and arrogant in my opinion. I don’t really care for him at all — but he and only he can do the best nails in that salon. I have tried them all. MARK is the best pedicurist there. I would NOT recommend unless as a back up if you regular salon is unavailable– then as for Don or the best pedicure — my buddy MARK.

I went to this salon after work since they were one of few that i had remembered where open after 6pm. I was a new customer, but I’m pleased with the service. Was a little disappointed to see that they used scissors instead of a nail cutter; but doesn’t mean it was bad. It’s a small space inside of a Walmart so I wasn’t expecting glamour. however I was concerned when I over heard a woman complain that they wouldn’t take her punch card for her mani/​pedi even though because they said the NEXT time they would. I believe they resolved the situation, but for a person who said they were a 3 year customer, it’s not smart to be stubborn about something like that. In the future if I have more options, I’d probably go somewhere else for the sake of comfort, but honestly for the price I’m willing to deal with a cranky employee that does nails well.

I love this place and the owner and staff as well. I like that they have so many different options in colors and technique. I usually get the no chip manicure but this time I decided to do a full set in gel and I did the Gelish nail polish and their colors are very pretty! I loved that I didn’t have to wait for my polish to dry and they look amazing.
They’re very welcoming, I called ahead of time to see their hours and they still took me even though they were closing in 30 min.
I always get lucky and I have the owner do my nails every time I go in. I love how fast and clean she is when doing my nails. I only go to this place and it’s definitely worth a try!

I ABSOLUTELY love this nail salon. Been comming here for the last year. My aunt recommended me. And there hasnt been 1 time that i didnt get complimented on my nails or asked where i got them done! I ALWAYS recommend them. If u have pictures of something similar you would like to have done. They get it done! If you had a bad experience you must have been one of those customers that didn’t know what u want. I love it here my family and friends do and just cant go anywhere else! Thanks guys for always making my nails look FABULOUS!

I’ve been coming to Regal Nails for the past 5 years, and I must say I’ve never been disappointed. This place is located inside the Rolling Meadows Walmart. Perfect if you need to do a bit of shopping. It’s owned by an amazing family who are always so friendly & helpful. Every time I go in we have something to talk and laugh about, they always make me feel like family. They have so many no-​chip colors, which is what I always get. They also have TV’s to keep you entertained. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been going to this place for over TWO YEARS. Only reason why i kept going was because of Noon (nail tech). She was awesome, but when she left I decided to just keep going to the salon and see different techs instead. The owner (male) is rough with my nails and caught my skin with the tool on a few different occasions. The times where i was unhappy with the service outweigh the times that i was happy, so i finally decided to stop going to them. Btw DON’T GO TO THE OLDER LADY (owners mom) she is horrible. Does not speak ANY English AT ALL… doesn’t care about what u like and what u don’t like… and just does a horrible job.

This place was horrible! We are new to the area from WI my daughter and I were looking for a new place to goto on a normal basis. I had mine and my daughters nails done there 9÷5÷13 the guy who did mine messed them up caught the sides of my fingers and did not get the under real nail trimmed down. The paint was chipping off and just looked bad. I kept catching my hair on the real nails left behind when i washed my hair. My daughters nails 4 days later were still burning her because he went to low on the acrylic. 5 days later i went into show them how horrible they looked i was told they would redo them and that the guy who did ours no longer worked there I said ok and made an appt for today the 12 of sept. The lady who did mine today was not very friendly, but unfortunatley that seems to be this area so OK!
I did not have any more acrylic put on she just re shaved and filed the bad areas and repainted the nails. I washed my hands she painted them i dryed then she told me I had to pay for the polish??? confused because it was a redo only 5 days old why she I be out more $ she said she would do again why do i need to pay for polish you cant fix them and then tell me i have to pay for a polish change. she was yelling at me in the store I was so embarressed. I went back in and got the 1 888 414 6245 # for comments and concerns although she continued to yell at me «now you call on me get out of my store» I will never be back!!! I wont even go to this Walmart because i do not want to ever see that woman again! so not just 1 buisness but 2 get to suffer because of her arogance…

Had a pedicure done after work… they’re open later than most places so that is convenient. So far been here twice and had 2 of the female techs…
While the pedicure process of callous removal for an extra fee is decent (better with the younger, second person then the first older one) — the polish painting is not spectacular by any means. Smudges happen, and polish selection (old dry polish) in addition to lack of fine motor skills… leaves a medicore result. Not a fan at all of the tootsies when I leave.
Not sure if I will continue to go here… its the later hours and the convenince of getting stuff at Walmart that has lured me back — but I dont need any more storage containrs so the shopping need is gone.

Absolutely horrible! I went here based on the reviews on Unilocal,and I couldn’t be more unhappy than I am now. I went in to get my nails taken off, and the lady didn’t bother to soak them at all; she just began prying them off. Only until my nail bed began bleeding profusely on my ring finger did she finally soak my nail! I had to put band aids on 5 of my fingers because she was so rough with them — parts of my natural nail came off with the acrylic, leaving the ends of my nail beds exposed and super sensitive. They obviously don’t care about doing procedures the correct way to minimize pain to their clients!

This place is awesome! Its located right inside walmart. Great job and great prices! The staff is friendly and fun and my nails look HOT! They definitely know all the new trends in nail design and art. They even stayed open late to finish my friends nails and to let mine dry. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis!

I really do love going here. I went just before New Year’s and as always they do a great job. I’d forgotten about this place until then, I’ve returned as a regular customer. I also love the fact that some of the people that work there have been there for years.

Not sure why this place has no reviews. They seem to have many regulars. Getting my nails done here since they’ve opened. Perfect full. set and pedi every time. Great quality work! Best nail desigs I’ve ever had. Check the pictures!
