History

Established in 2015.

Bonez & Gristles Barbecue and Catering was established in business in 2006. After being in a concession trailer from for over a year, we were moved to a brick and mortar building at the end of Euharlee road. At the beginning of 2015 the present barbecue location came available in Rome Georgia and Bonez & Gristles decided to set up shop in Rome. We opened on June 30, 2015 and the city of Rome have showed so much love for the pulled pork, ribs, brisket, brunswick stew and now the smoked wings. We are ready to please appetite and satisfy hunger in the northwest Georgia region.

Larry Cothran and Eric Mosley are the proud owners of Bonez & Gristles Barbecue and Catering, a barbecue restaurant on 1517 Dean Ave. in Rome Georgia, the former home of Big Bear BBQ. We specialize in full service catering. We also cater more than barbecue. Our number 1 seller is the pulled pork and ribs. We have a variety of items from smoked chicken, ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, brunswick stew and our signature Tornado Potato Fry.
