Business Owner

Mazy Hedayat is the principal of M. Hedayat & Associates, PC, which has represented clients in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, construction, commercial litigation, and more. Mr. Hedayat attended the University of Chicago before transferring to University of Michigan, where he earned his B.A. with Distinction from the Honor’s College and MBA from the UM Ross School of Business. Mr. Hedayat earned his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.

Mr. Hedayat is a licensed itle insurance agent and has held a business broker license as well as Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Mr. Hedayat is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, and the DuPage and Will County, bar associations. At the DCBA Mr. Hedayat chaired the bankruptcy, publication, and practice management committees, edited the Bar Brief, and earned a Board of Directors Award.
