I have been in the low voltage audio video industry for over 15 years, I was the installation manager for three popular audio video companies in southeast Michigan. I decided in early 2013 that it was time for me to start my own audio video company and because so many people would tell me their home theater was awesome after installation was complete, I decided to call the company just that. Set up an appointment and they no showed. Tried to get somebody on the phone multiple times to find out why, but nobody ever answered. Left a message, but nobody ever called back. I rearranged my work schedule to be home at the appointment time. Very frustrating experience.

After over 20 plus years, 15 different stereos, home theaters all that stuff, I have come across a professional audio tec. Yea I’ve had this company and that company did this and did that. I’ve laid down my money to get so so half ass service only to find out days later the job is only half done or I end up calling them back to complete the work.
I started working with Awesome audio and Tim the owner after looking for some help for my needs at the office in the conference room. I had major issues with the interface and our Macs which we use to do presentations. So this not something I can take chances with. After interviewing three company we choose the smallest! Not the price but the service is what made me pick Tim and his team.
You’ll like working with Tim. An interesting perfectionist who likes the Challenge of fixing complicated systems. If you need someone who will get the job done you will want to give Tim at Awesome video a call.
