That Mattress Place and Mike came highly recommended by a close friend. From the moment I walked in the door through the end of delivery I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. I hadn’t done much research on mattresses prior to visiting the store, all I knew is that I wanted something soft/​plush but also with support. Mike was extremely knowledgable about all of the mattresses and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was able to describe the differences in detail between the two that I narrowed down to which helped me make my final decision on the Beautyrest Legend. The prices are extremely reasonable and beat the competition. I’m glad I decided not to go with a large chain department store for my purchase. Delivery was quick and convenient in the evening so didn’t interrupt my normal business day. They were caution of the walls and railing when hauling the heavy king size mattress up a narrow flight of stairs. They put the frame together and positioned the bed to my liking and were extremely professional through the entire process. I will be returning to That Mattress Place for the rest of my bedroom furniture purchases as well and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Awful place. Terrible quality and customer service. They canceled three deliveries. Thiis was my four year old daughters first big girl bed. She was so sad. To top it off we just moved so she had no bed. Do not buy from this place. Rip off

Well isn’t this place a little gem! I was in the market for a new mattress and checked the usual suspects, Sleepy’s, Mattress Discounters, etc. but wanted to research some other stores just in case I was missing a good deal. So I headed over to my friend Unilocal and found That Mattress Place. It had pretty awesome reviews, so I figured what the heck, let’s check it out.
I was immediately greeted and after telling the gentlemen what I was looking for, he put me through a rigorous selection process to find just the right mattress… he had me roll around on several mattresses to test them out. It was actually a lot of fun. The mattresses are all lined up against the wall with no space in between, so I just rolled down the whole line. ladies be sure to wear pants! LOL. Anyway, though it seemed like a lot of fun and games, he was able to accurately pinpoint the type of mattress I desired, firm with a touch of soft and plush. I tested a couple others and was able to pick my mattress within 15 minutes of arriving!
After selection, on to payment discussions and delivery (he said he could deliver that afternoon but I was heading to a couple other spots after, so I wasn’t available. But same day delivery was awesome!) Delivery is $ 60 which is the typical amount but my mattress was about $ 400 cheaper than what I saw on other websites. *WINNING!*
From the moment I stepped into the store, the customer service was excellent, the prices were fabulous and overall I am very pleased. Can’t wait to get my new mattress today!
Oh and I found out that this place is 100% referral. The gentlemen asked how I heard about the store and I told him Unilocal.He said that they don’t have commercials (which is true, I’ve never heard of this place), no ads, just referrals and reviews! So if you go, be sure to tell a friend or leave a review.

I purchased a mattress set from Mike and it was of exceptional quality and much cheaper then the other stores. I read all the reviews and was not discouraged by the bed bug review because I am very educated on the topic due to my job and if a mattress or any item has bed bugs you will notice it the first time you sleep on it and they can be carried in by all items. The mattress was covered in plastic and brand new. Love this place and will definitely be going back!

Shopping for a mattress may seem like a fun task but in the past it really hasn’t been for me. Until I met Mike at That Mattress Place. He was so helpful and informative and made the process exceptionally painless. Through his advice and guidance I selected a mattress (Simmons Black) that has given me the best nights sleep of my life! Plus some phenomenal pillows that I never even knew existed. And the delivery was fast and efficient and friendly. If you need a mattress there is no better place to go than That Mattress Place.

Went into the store today to find myself pleasantly surprised that the store was very clean, the quality of the products were above my expectations, the salespeople were professional, the prices were excellent, and most importantly they were able to delivery my bed today. Where can you purchase a high end mattress and get it literally delivered in a few hours? Well I am laying in it now writing this review to tell people this place is the real deal. I would highly recommend this place to all my family, friends, and co workers. Ask for mike and tell him what your needs are. He won’t sell you a mattress you don’t want that’s out of your price range, he will match you with the bed that is exactly perfect for you without the annoying sales pitches!

I had the best experience buying a bed today. Mike is so knowledgeable and an awesome conversationalist. I wasn’t pressured to buy the most expensive bed in the store, he tailored my purchase just for me! I love my new pillow and I’m looking forward to many drooling nights on it. Awesome sauce!
10÷26÷14 Put my bed together this morning, put the sheets on it and I lie to you not, I took a nap and drooled on the pillow. I’m loving it. Got a call from Dawn and told her the same thing. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I really recommend this place for all bedding needs! They offer the lowest price GUARANTEED (if not by far cheaper) which I found to be the case in my purchase. I bought a mattress pad/​board at a third the cost of other places. They also securely tied it to the roof of my car. Thanks Mattress Place!

At first I thought this place must be super sketchy judging from their craigslist add and website. Boy was I wrong, purchasing a mattress for our guest bedroom was the best mattress shopping experience I’ve had!
The gentlemen who sold us the mattress was very down to earth, on point, and none-​pushy. They do have affordable product and honest quality. I am very happy that I decided to give this a shot.

Don’t overlook this store too quickly just because it looks cheesy. There are a gazillion mattress and furniture stores on this strip so you can spend all day mattress shopping. I stopped at nearly every store and finally settled on That Furniture Place. It’s in a tiny strip mall. They had a girl in a skimpy pink outfit standing on a mattress on the roof of an SUV waiving at traffic this afternoon. I know, I know… stay with me now.
The owner of this shop used to work at one of the reputable furniture shops on the same street and he opened his own place. He knows where to buy quality mattresses without all the brand names that hike up the price. He has been doing well and recently expanded to the space next door so he can sell more furniture. The store is super simple– nothing fancy about it, no paint, no decorations, nothing. And I’ll take that any day if that means I pay less for a great mattress.
I paid for delivery with a private guy he recommended and they are okay but were running a little late when they brought my mattress over.
