I paid $ 12 for a plain mani + a $ 5 fee for taking off the gel mani I had before. My nails turned out crooked and uneven; some nails were round while others were square. For such a pricey salon I expected them to offer me a drink, water at least. I was not even given the two minute back massage that is usually given at most nail salons. For an «upscale» nail salon I was very disappointed and I will not be returning.

Pros: Cean, usually the wait is short if you are a walk in and there are a good variety of polishes. Cons: Manicures are nothing special and over priced.

Decent nail salon when I was in a pinch for a serious pedicure! Was a bit pricey and it wasn’t that special, but it was very clean and relaxing. I complained about toe pain by my nail and it still kinda hurt when I left and it felt faster than usual so I felt less relaxed than I normally am during a pedicure. Their chairs were nice and the salon was gorgeous.

I only come here to get my eyebrows waxed. It’s a good price and my girl does them the best. Staff is usually very friendly, and I never have to wait long without an appointment. Inside is very clean and relaxing. It’s a little pricy for manicures and pedicures but the turn out is very good.

Clean Zen spacious. They do good work at a premium price with a mini massage now and then. Great selection of colors and the ladies truly try to do what you ask.

After visiting this salon 5 – 6 times, and having a mediocre to poor experience each time, it’s fair to say that this place only deserves one star. The male owner hurries you off the phone when you call to make an appointment and he hardly manages to greet you when you come in the door aside from«pick your color». Then you go to pick your color and one of the employees is breathing down your neck until you hurriedly pick one(mind you I looked for maybe 30 seconds before she came over annoyed I was taking so long). The place gives the illusion at first glance that it’s pretty and new, but the chairs are all dirty and worn/ripped. Just went on a Sunday and it was very quiet. They had 3 extra people sitting around doing nothing yet they rushed me through the pedicure. My feet still felt rough so I asked her kindly if she could scrub some more which she did begrudgingly. The massage, while drying my nails, was about 15 – 20 seconds and it felt like she was taking her aggression out, not trying to encourage a customer to come back. Then I looked at my toes and noticed the nail polish was on my cuticles and even some areas of my toes. She never even bothered to clean up extra polish because she was in such a rush. After giving this place multiple chances, I will be bringing my business somewhere else where they take pride in their business and are appreciative of their customers. I’ve also come to this soon without an appointment, understanding there could be a wait. I wasn’t in a hurry those days. The owner rolled his eyes and said it would be at the very least 45 minutes and I should go and return. No apology, no offer to get a cup of water if I wanted to wait. Nothing. They were just annoyed. Just very poor service through and through.

Man upfront has no idea what he’s talking about! Comes off as a know it all to a person that has been getting her nails done for yearsss! He’s always off and unsure of time frames or processes! Get someone who knows what they are are talking about upfront! And he loves to talk about people in his language with the two women upfront to the right!

If I could give a 0 star, I would! I’ve been a client of this nail salon for a while, however, had an awful experience about 2 months ago and again today. The owner is a horrible business person and has zero customer service skills. About 2 months ago, I was informed by my friend that I was with that they had a rewards program– I had no idea what she was talking about. I asked the owner when I went to pay(keep in mind he is always the person who schedules the appointments and collects the money when you check out). He was quick to blame Debbie, my nail technician I typically see who wasn’t working that particular day. He claimed it was up to the nail technicians to give it to their clients. I said I find that interesting and hard to believe because he is the one handles the check out process, collects the money and owns the place. Even if this was true, which I highly doubt– what owner blames their employees and doesn’t just resolve a poor customer experience, especially, if it involves a good customer. I said I am a regular client and come in anywhere from a weekly or biweekly basis always getting a shellac manicure and specialty pedicure($ 50 or more) so each visit I spend minimally $ 85 and I would appreciate you doing right by me. He said there was nothing he could do. I thought he would even just say I apologize and offer to give me points to make up for it, offer me a complimentary manicure or pedicure… but he continued to say he could do nothing. I even asked if I brought in all my credit card statements for the last year or even 6 months, would he give me points? He said no… I was truly baffled considering he knew I was a very good client. To say the least, I left very angry as he did nothing to make it right. Fast forward 2 months later, I decided to go back in and see Debbie. He was not there when I went in which I was thrilled about. She was so glad to see me and apologized for his behavior. She knew he was in the wrong and clearly should’ve handled the situation differently. I really like Debbie and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have gone back in. She also let me know that she has lost other clients because of similar experiences and because of the way he speaks to people. That day, I got a French shellac manicure which is typically $ 45. Debbie only charged me $ 35 and gave me a rewards card with 500 points. She again let me know I wasn’t the only customer she had lost and was thankful and appreciative I came back to her. One week later, today, I bring in a friend of mine and we both get a specialty pedicure and shellac manicure. I go to pay for both of us and he says ok you get $ 10 off and charged me $ 164. I calculated the math and hmmm, $ 85×2 = $ 170. With $ 10 off, I should’ve been charged $ 160… I was quick to say I think you made a mistake– You charged me $ 4 more. I know it’s only $ 4 but it’s the principle, especially with this guy. He quickly started to speak his language to Debbie and walked away. I said this is now the second time you’ve tried to screw me and it’s not right. He proceeded to tell me my shellac manicure was $ 39 rather than the typical $ 35 shellac manicure because I had vinylux. I was irate as my nails look the exact same as they have for the last year+. Shellac on all my nails and 1 coat of sparkles on my 2 ring fingers! Never have I been charged more money for sparkles. Again, rather than apologize for his mistake– he proceeded to say that vinylux is more and why should I not pay more? I’ve NeVER paid more! This is the very last time I ever step foot into that establishment. I truly hope I connect with Debbie as I love the way she does my nails BUT I will not frequent a nail salon that does not treat their clients properly, especially when there is a different nail salon on every other street!

Got a mani and pedi French for my friend’s wedding. I felt like the woman I had rushed and then complained about her tip. You don’t ever complain about tipping to a customer. She’s lucky I gave her a tip at all. I complained to the manager and told her I would not be returning ever. I would not recommend this nail salon at all.

I got my full set done on Monday. Today is Wednesday and one nail has broken already. For $ 115, these nails should be made of gold and last forever!

The pedicure I got was amazing. However, I got a gel manicure and it was awful. My nails were filed crooked, the gel polish was not smooth on my nail, and they looked like they were chipping before I even left the place. when I mentioned my nails at check out the owner only said«sorry». I paid full price for a really crappy job. I will definitely go back for pedicures, but my advice is get your gels done somewhere else.

I had the most incredible pedicure /manicure by Debby. It was just a regular pedicure, but she gave me a foot/leg massage for a good 10 minutes, and used a hot stone for 3 of those minutes. Originally I wasn’t planning on getting a manicure but I got a gel polish one as well. I came in with my 8 week old and the entire pampering session lasted an hour. Some might find that fast, but I love that I got to get a mani and pedi in, in just an hour.(And before my baby woke up) In the midst of my appointment I left my rings there. I realized about 20 min later, called up and they put them aside for me. They could have easily«not seen them». So happy with my experience there! Unlike some of the other reviews commenting on the cost; I don’t think they are overpriced at all. Totally worth it!

This was my first time at this establishment, which came highly recommended by a friend. I loved the open floor plan and how well appointed and clean the place was. The atmosphere was quiet, there were no harsh odors, disposable file/buffer sets and they even have non-toxic nail-polish options. There were plenty of pedicure chairs, manicure tables and room to wait, not that I needed to. I was taken right away on a Friday afternoon. Clara handled my mani/pedi. She was efficient and gentle. The regular pedicure was perfect. I will definitely request to see her again in the future.

This is the best place around to have a manicure and pedicure. It is clean, welcoming and they do a fine job. I tried the grapefruit pedicure and it is wonderful including callous remover and massage. The manicures are excellent and all the technicians are nice. You can also have waxing and chair massages. I try to make an appointment or you can stop by.

I made my first visit at Floris today and I was a little wary of the salon BUT I was super impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. They took very good care of me and treated me well. In a nutshell, I was impressed with Floris and will be going back again!

Worst manicure and customer service I have ever experienced. Just like other customers, my nails were not completely painted. You could see the different areas that were uncovered between the first and second coat. She was not kind at all and did my nails like it was a chore. This place is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to in all of NYC and Jersey. Stop wasting your money and time.

I visit Floris on my lunch breaks every few weeks for a treat. The people are so friendly, I rarely ever wait for service, and I get a consistently nice job. The complimentary beverage stood out to me as well.

Holy moly! Definitely the nicest nail place I have ever been to– hope that doesn’t make you think badly of me??! LOL If you have to have nice nails for a major event or something I would definitely go here. The staff speak good English and know their products. The space is large, bright, and clean. I was impressed with their selection of colors, both in gel and regular nail polish. I went in for a pedicure, and was advised since I am super hard on my feet to get a gel pedicure so it will last longer. Maybe an up-sell but I was sold! Two weeks later, it’s still looking good! This place does charge a pretty penny for their services. I think it’s worth it, but definitely be ready for some sticker shock when you get your bill!
