In just the last 5 years, MSKF attorneys have recovered more than $ 100 million for their clients. Recently, our attorneys achieved an $ 40 million settlement against auto manufacturers Honda & Acura, a landmark settlement on behalf of 60,000 physicians against the largest HMO in New Jersey, and and a $ 33.9 million settlement for a young man injured by a defective product. Matthew R. Mendelsohn concentrates his practice in litigation, specializing in personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and class action litigation. Mr. Mendelsohn is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as appellate courts across the country.
