Capital Security & Investigations founded in 1998, is a full service licensed and insured private investigative agency. CSI provides, professional, confidential and cost effective investigative services to clients in Illinois, Wisconsin and California.

CSI’s management team is comprised entirely of former law enforcement investigators, each with over 20 years of law enforcement experience. Each member of CSI’s management team has established a network of former law enforcement officers throughout the United States. This network provides CSI’s clients with the most current and accurate information regarding their case. We are then able to utilize their high-​level contacts and intimate local knowledge to bring our clients the required intelligence that will enable them to make those critical decisions with confidence.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim P.

Business Owner

Jim Perille is owner and president of Capital Security & Investigations, a private investigation and security guard company licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and California. Jim works closely with clients to identify specific security needs and customizes services to meet those needs.

From 1981 – 2001, Jim served as a police officer with the Schaumburg Police Department. During his 20 year police career, Jim held the positions of patrol officer, tactical officer, undercover narcotics investigator and crimes against person detective. During his tenure, Jim was the recipient of numerous department commendations, honorable mentions, unit citations and the VFW certificate of appreciation.

Jim volunteers his free time to «Dreams for Kids», a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower young people of all abilities through dynamic leadership programs and life-​changing activities that inspire them to fearlessly pursue their dreams and compassionately.
