Joe continues a Century-​old tradition of European craftsmanship that has been passed through a legacy that has prepared him to operate as a true professional. Joe’s first induction into construction began when he was a teenager helping his father with the family business. Young Joe’s mechanical aptitude as well as passion for construction led him to study and learn at a pace and level far superior to most young trades-​type employees of his father’s company. Before Joe was 18, he was managing as a foreman of home-​building, which included all masonry components as well as framing, roofing, and siding. By Joe’s mid-​20s, he had already partnered with his father and began to grow his own family as well as the thriving business it is today.

Joe Percario is the owner of Joe Percario General Contractors. Raised in Union County where he was exposed to construction through his father. Joe Percario’s 35+ years of exposure to all facets of remodeling has made him a true expert in the field of home remodeling. Working in this industry since he was 13 years old, Joe passionately persists to learn more and teach others. He has an aptitude to consult with home owners and recommend and advise within their budget. His company has been repeatedly recognized by Qualified Remodeler in the Top 500 Remodeling Contractors in the Country. Joe Percario General Contractors has also been awarded Number 1 in New Jersey for Repeat and Referral Business. Being the number one son of eight children, Joe is now starting the fourth generation with his oldest son Joe III and his son Dominic who also have a passion to keep the company legacy in check. Joe lives in Somerset County, New Jersey with his wife Liza and four children.
