I’ve ran into my share of dishonest mechanics or people who unreasonably mark things up.

Hands DOWN the best service in town. They are honest, and always do everything to accomidate me. They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can’t say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Paul has always helped me and they work hard to get me in and out quickly with a loaner car option (I dont even see that with the dealer any more)!
You won’t be sorry you called them.

10 minutes and $ 24.95 for an oil, lube, and filter change special! They even provided me with a card for a $ 3 rebate. Fast and friendly! Loved coming here! Also… the Shell next door is currently running $ 1.99 per unleaded gallon with a touchless car wash. Two birds… one quick and painless stone.

These guys are so honest and helpful they have gotten me through every problem with my 2002 Mazda protégé I always get my oil changed here they got me through my emissions test and I even bought their tires that are amazing

This is the best place.
I called around the area for days looking for someone who would be able to guarantee me a quick in and out for an oil change and finally found Mastertech. It seems like everyone else was too busy and couldn’t guarantee me an appointment to get a routine change.
You can simply pull your car around the north side of the garage and pull in the back for an oil change.
The service here is by far the best you could expect. The oil change is only $ 24.95 but they also do regular check over your car. They vacuum the front seat after they are finished servicing. They check all your fluids, tire pressure, etc. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service was so good I would bring my first born here for them to give parenting recommendations. They have complimentary coffee and you are able to sit within the facility where your car is being worked on. The service is quite friendly and simply gets you in and out without any additional hassle or up selling.
As long as I continue to work in the area I will be bringing my car here for routine oil changes that won’t cost me an arm and a leg or time off of work.

Mastertech will exceed your expectation easily. I won’t take my car anywhere else now. The mechanics are all friendly and will explain what they are doing to your car. Oil changes happen on one side and more extensive work happens on the other. Chances are you will be in and out quickly. They also check tire pressure, vacuum your car a little bit, it’s awesome.

I recently had a brake light put in and when the mechanic opened my door, he noticed it made a squeak… so he put some lube on it so it doesn’t anymore… he didn’t have to — but he did.
These guys genuinely care about vehicles.

These guys were awesome! I got a tune up and an oil change in the same day, so I was sitting there for almost 2 hours. I just listened to the radio they had going and read the women’s magazines they had in their waiting area. They were so nice and kept coming over and explaining what they were doing. Very fast and courteous and professional and great prices!

I love these guys. They are professional and will go out of their way to help you out. Paul takes the time to explain what is wrong with your car and even show you the part that was replaced. They are reasonably priced and totally reliable. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. If you’re in the Roselle/​Elk Grove Village/​Schaumburg area… go to these guys. You won’t be sorry!
