No no no no no no don’t do it. For service. The wait time is ridiculous. I went yesterday (Tuesday) at 11am and asked to have and oil change. The guy said it will be an hour and 30min wait for a walk in. I said no I will make «an appointment «and comeback tomorrow. I made an appointment for 1pm and came back on Wednesday.
On Wednesday I walked in at 1250 for my 1pm «appointment «when I spoke to the guy he said Oh no there is an hour wait. I said «what? But I have an appointment? They said no we are backed up. I was highly upset But I stayed. I needed the change. I waited 2 hours and 15 mins! Ridiculous ridiculous, everyone on the waiting room was also impatient. I wanted to scream, But I had my «keep calm bracelet «so I was very calm. I almost lost it, But I didn’t. The other customers did complain several times to the workers about their cars. I will never ever ever come back. I would rather learn how to change my own damn oil. And it was ridiculous how hard they tried to push their merchandise on you. «Oh buy this and buy that «booo nooo.
Here is my advice, hire more mechanics!!! Now hiring! Geez louise

My experience at this pep boys location was excellent! I have a 2006 vw jetta which requires special tools! It’s definitely an inconvenience but all I had to do was pick up the phone and call Pep Boys. They were very courteous and professional over the phone and had exactly what I needed! Special thanks to the mgr mr. Nunez and staff!

Give it one star be cause it’s close to home. Other than there’s a line to pay, they always have one register open and 15 works doing nothing.
