I recently had Saturn install three ceiling fans in my home where there were no electrical outlets, the gentlemen who came were courteous, timely and did a great job. The job took less time then expected, they took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely use them again for any other job around my house.

We needed to get the central A/​C unit in one of our rental units in Schaumburg replaced as it just died a few weeks ago. The HVAC company spent most of the day installing the new unit, but unfortunately it wouldn’t turn on because the old unit needed only 120V, but the new units need 220V. We needed to get the circuit board changed in order to get a 220V line to the A/​C unit. So I needed to call an electrician since replacing the board was not the HVAC company’s specialty.
I emailed Saturn Electrical on Sunday asking for an estimate, and George replied back that night asking if I could send some pictures of the current board and where the A/​C handler was located. He gave me an estimated quote the next morning that was a great price. He had a time slot open that day as well, so I scheduled an appointment for them to come out. I wasn’t available to come to the condo, so I had him contact my tenant to be let in. They came to my condo, called me to discuss with me what needed to be done, and I also got them in contact with my HVAC guy to make sure that everything that needed to be done to be able to hook up properly to the A/​C unit was done. They finished up a short while later and charged me the estimated quote. My HVAC guy came that same day to finish up the A/​C install and by the end of the day, the A/​C was running perfectly.
I was very happy with the work and professionalism from Saturn Electrical and the price that they charged was excellent. I will definitely call them again if I need any electrical work done in the future.

We had Gerry come in for multiple electrical issues and he was very punctual and professional, he was done in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after himself. We used this company previously for our standby generator service and repair as well. They are very good at what they do.

We contacted Saturn Electrical Services in July to inquire regarding a stand-​by generator. George came to our house to assess our needs. He e-​mailed a proposal with a couple of different options and the associated costs. From the start of the relationship through the installation communication was excellent and there were no surprises.
We had the 17KW Generac unit installed and we are very impressed with the installation. The technicians were on time, finished the job an hour earlier than expected, and cleaned the work site thoroughly. About an hour after the technicians left, Ryan came to review the features and operations of the unit. Ryan was very thorough and repeatedly asked us if we had any questions.
I really didn’t know what to expect when purchasing a generator but George kept us in the loop on everything. We indicated that we would get a building and electrical permit from the city. George sent us documentation and specification sheets to bring to City Hall when I applied for the permit. George also told us to bring a plat of survey.
Applying for the permit was a slam dunk. There was absolutely no issue at all. George also recommended requesting the final inspection the day of the installation while Saturn was still there. The electrical inspector showed up as scheduled, spent 10 minutes checking the installation and signed off on the job. (He even mentioned that he was familiar with Saturn’s work.)
I had done my homework on stand-​by generators and already knew that I wanted a Generac system. The second decision was which contractor to choose for the purchase and installation. Saturn Electrical Service is a top-​notch firm that offers great communication and service. It was great making such a major purchase and not having any surprises along the way.
