We are Northern China style, and we cook unspicy dishes like glass noodle, sour cabbage soup, lamb sticks, sweet sour pork, cumin/scallion lamb/beef, broccoli beef, and different tastes of fish fillet. Also, spicy dishes like kung pao chicken/seafood, ma po tofu, beef with pepper… we also have dumplings, noodle soup, wonton, fried rice, chow mein, and pancake.
