My coworker recommended this cute little place! Came here for the first time and the gentleman at the front offered a sample flight for me to try. Warning: the first one(626) has dairy. I ordered the 626 because the gentleman in the front offered to make it his way which was non dairy and a strawberry and banana crêpe which also has nutella. The total I spent was around $ 14. A little pricey but the crêpe was HUGE, as big as a burrito. The drink itself was delicious as well. The place is a little small but its quite cozy. They have a lot of options for food and their drinks are quite delicious. Service was superb. =)

Yes it’s called dingle berries. I don’t really understand why anyone would name it that name but i think I get a better sense after going. The cashier(maybe owner?) was super friendly and was very nonchalant about walking us through all of the awkward named drinks. It was our first time here so as you’ve read elsewhere, you get to try a sample of all their signature drinks. All the ones down the list. Super cool because from just the names, you have no idea what the drinks are. Of the ones I tried, I loved the whorechata milf tea(yes I typed milf and I really hope it deliberately spelled this way on the menu), the cold brew, and the rosemead. I ended up settling on the whorechata with an extra shot of espresso and boba with a little less sweet. The drink itself was good: you can taste the hint of cinnamon and it was very milky; not creamy which is what I expect from a regular horchata. The shot of espresso was a bit much because I felt it took away from the horchata flavor so I will probably go without it next time I go. Unfortunately, the boba tasted and felt overcooked… Too mushy without that little bite you want when you hit the boba core. I hope it’s just today but I might opt out of the boba next time too. My friend got the Rose Mead with a shot of espresso too. I thought the Rose Mead itself was good but the extra shot also took away from the splendidness of the original rose flavor tea and milk. As for the service, the cashier was extremely nice and super helpful. Kudos to that for reals because it felt very home-y and mom and pop shop-y. Where else can you try a sample of all the flavors?! A few additional tips: 1) The place is right past Temple City Blvd if you are coming from Rosemead Blvd so look left and make that illegal left turn(if you can) 2) The place is very small with a couple of tables so a relatively good place to study if you can grab a table 3) Remember to bring your 5 Star Card! 4) If you want some stuffed animals, they have some random items around the shop. 5) Parking lot available and enter through the front.

This place was amazing! I came here on a Monday night and it was not crowded at all. While i was looking at the menu the cashier and most likely the owner, asked us if it was our first time to their establishments. Of course it was and all of a sudden as we were looking at the menu she came out with samples of almost all of her drinks. Everything was so tasteful and flavorful it was delicious. She came out with like 10 mini shot cups of different teas and drinks. Yummmm. Their menu is very fun and playful. Things like the WHOREchata milk tea. or the Dirty French Maid. I got the Dirty French Maid at 9pm. It has two shots of espresso. I thought i can just have a work out and it will just pass thru my system. No it didnt happen Hahaha. I love this place will definitely come back. #supportsmallbusinesses

This review will be short, since I only visited once, but wanted to point some things out that I’ll surely forget: –Interior is super cute and comfortable, even though its location leaves a lot to be desired. It’s probably safe, but looks so out of place where it’s located. You’ll understand when you get there. –The owners are EXTREMELY nice. I would give them five stars alone for their service and kindness. If a degenerate godson was ever on your bucket list, I’m here for ya! –Not a huge fan of taking samples, since I feel like a scam artist, but I understood this is their procedure and was actually a fan of most all the drinks, except the Horchata. I already told the lady of my dislike of it and actually sampled it last, trying to skip it, but she insisted and it wasn’t even that bad. It’s just a flavor that doesn’t jive with me. –The owner really pushed the rainbow jelly. I’m not a jelly connoisseur by any means, but it was pretty tasty. My girl got the boba and gave her OC seal of approval on that, for what it’s worth. Will definitely return to get more of their drinks the next time I’m able to wiggle my way back down there. Love supporting places like this and hope to see this place become a big success. The owners deserve it!

I really wanted to like this place, the funny name, the shit emoji logo, the creative drink names. But it ended up being a rather mediocre place for me. This place is TINY! seats maybe 12 people max. I showed up with 2 friends and there was literally no room to sit on the inside and it was only occupied by like 6 people spread out through the place. It was strangely quiet, there wasn’t any music playing, so it was strange because it was so small in seemed like you were listening to everybody else’s conversation, instead of a nice buzzing or hum of a a coffee shop where your conversation just blends into other ones so what you’re talking about remains anonymous. I ordered the whorechata milf tea(how could you pass on a drink name like that?), but it ended up being pretty watery horchata tea. Not really that flavorful. My friends said their drinks were decent, but nothing to write home about. Saving grace for this place is that the staff is nice and they have their own parking lot. Otherwise it’s rather mediocre. I did not try the food, so no input on that.

2.5 Star Came here to study. I was excited to try the stuff here because this place has great review on Unilocal. It took me a while to find this place. I was greeted nicely when I got in. I ordered a latte and Holycrap(Fried PB&J sandwich). After ordering, I tried to set up my laptop and waited on my table. I had to say that the chair was super uncomfortable and tables were shaking when I moved my stuff. The power station is at the corner of the wall and there was no chair only high tables. The food and drink were served super fast. The Holycrap was great but I got sick of it after several bite. i could not taste much jelly only peanut butter. They gave huge chunk of whip cream, I felt like gaining 10 pounds after this. I mean I know this item is heavy but did not expect it to feel sick of it. Latte was way too bitter. The holycrap was $ 8 which I totally think it is overpriced. The flavor of food and taste of drink here were definitely overrated. I saw people getting samples from the shop but the people working there did not offer me samples maybe because I ordered my stuff right away after getting into the shop. I felt a little bit bad because I really wanted to try their watermelon drink sample based on what they said to other customer who tried the samples. I would gave them 2 star but decide to do 2.5 round up to 3 because the people working there were nice and friendly.

This little tea & coffee shop is on such a random part of the street. You wouldn’t even notice it because there’s no huge sign on the storefront. There’s just a little chalkboard outside that reads ‘Dingleberries’ and a drawing of a cute little poop on the window. So keep your eyes peeled when you’re passing by, it’s easy to miss. There’s a small parking lot at the back, but there’s also street parking around the corner. Everything is just so cute inside. Definitely seems like a good, quiet place to study at. The names of their drinks are very unique and kinda funny too! Being our first time here, the owner, I assume, gave us a whole tray of samples. I just joked about trying all their flavors before he offered and he literally gave us a sample of pretty much everything… wowza! We tried the 626, whorechata milf tea, there’s something about mango, black mango, son of a peach, pink laffy taffy, and mint chocolate. The 626 was probably my favorite. It tasted like a vanilla iced coffee. I didn’t get it though because I already had coffee in the morning. The whorechata milf tea(lol at the name) is actually what I ended up getting. I actually don’t like horchata at all, but something about this made it tolerable! It wasn’t too sweet! Something about mango(he got this) tasted like mango pudding and had mango bits at the bottom. Black mango wasn’t too good. Son of a peach tasted like Flinstones vitamins. Pink laffy taffy tasted like a strawberry smoothie and mint chocolate tasted like, well, mint chocolate. Really liked how they let us sample everything since I’m always indecisive. thanks again! Drinks overall were just 3 ½ stars. I felt like it was kinda similar to Tpumps and a little powdery. Customer service, however, was 5⁄5! They do five stars here and every dollar is worth one point! Perhaps I will come again on another LA trip for that 626 drink! It was kinda funny when the lady called out my drink, she literally was like«whore» cus my drink was called whorechata… I was like erm yes I guess that is me… lmao jk I’m sure she didn’t even notice and was just shortcutting the drink name.

My first review of 2016 is the most«hole in the wall» boba shop I have ever been to. Dingleberries serves top notch milk teas and teas with artery clogging sandwiches. Deep fried PB&J and grilled mac and cheese?! Just take all my money! The names of some of their drinks are a bit nsfw. Definitely think twice before bringing kids to this store. For first timers, they let you try a little bit of all their drinks. For you caffeine junkies, I recommend the 626. It’s not too sweet so you still get that nice coffee bean taste. I also really likes the Rosemead, Something about Mango, and Whorechata Milf Tea. Only bad thing about this place is that it’s a bit small so the seating is pretty limited and voices really carry.

JAMES’ ADVICE: Is it your first time? Confused on what to get? Ask for a Sample Flight! It’s free and highlights their specialTEAS(get it? See also ‘specialties’ for correct spelling). Also, the parking lot is a little difficult to find. Slow down when your GPS says you’re 0.1 miles away. I met up with some friends at Dingle Berries, since they’re so highly rated(and new-ish) to the Rosemead area. The prices are a little high but definitely worth it to try their specialties. One thing you might enjoy(if you have a sense of humor) are some of the names they have written on their menu(see my pic for the roster). My favorite names: 1) Whorchata MILF tea 2) There’s Something About Mango 3) Dirty French Maid You LOL’ed right?! Hah! Anywho, I really enjoyed their flavors. Not too overpowering, you can control the sweetness, add boba, etc. Overall verdict, try it at least once and make your own mind on their star level! See you soon, DBCT!

4.5 stars During dinner, we were already looking for dessert, came across Dingle Berries and were intrigued by its funny name, 4.5 stars and the number of reviews it has received. Flipping through the pictures, what really sold us was the fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich and so soon after… we found ourselves finishing up dinner faster than ever. Lol. They give out samples of their beverages to new customers which already gave us a good impression. Some of their drinks have either funny or filthy names, which caught us by surprise, so imagine how we felt when the lady that was helping us just said it like it was nothing(which was pretty cool because it gave a laid back vibe and she was speaking our language lol). The samples of the drinks were so good and we knew we would be coming back to order the others as well. We got: 1. Whorechata Milf Tea with the addition of Dirty Whore: Tastes exactly like horchata with a hint of milk tea. The«dirty whore» is just a shot of espresso which you will definitely taste as you finish your drink. Highly recommend if you are a fan of horchata! 2. Son of a Peach: If you like those Yakult drinks that are flavored with peach, get this; it tastes exactly like a light, peach yogurt drink but with some diced peaches and small tapioca added to the drink. 3. The Holy Crap: The moment we’ve been waiting for… the fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I’m drooling as I type this because this was so good! Perfect enough to share among two people(no more than that especially if you have a sweet tooth)! The batter wasn’t greasy or too thick(which I absolutely hate when eating fried desserts), the top portion of the sandwich was covered in nutella and more peanut butter and was decorated by the chocolate flute cookies for us. Man, that was the best PB&J we’ve had in a long time. We are definitely getting this again! The 4.5-star rating is pretty true for us after our first visit. We’ll come back again to try other snacks they have to offer and we’ll be ordering the other drinks. If you have read my reviews in the past and know that I love rose-flavored desserts, you’ll know I’ll be ordering the Rose Mead which fits the bill just perfectly. Also, there is a mint chocolate flavored drink that is pretty good and that I would also order. So far, the things we did take home are what I would definitely recommend. It’s pretty easy to miss if you’re not aware of its location and nothing really stands out when you’re looking for this place. There’s also a small parking lot in the back and the driveway can be easy to miss if you don’t slow down when driving. Overall, I recommend this place!

3 stars because the drinks weren’t that great … 5 stars for creative names for the drinks ! Went in on a Tuesday, late afternoon, no other customers were there. Since it was our first time, they let you sample their 6 best drinks. But it makes me wonder how they do that if they were to ever be super busy: x It’s kind of hard to spot since they don’t have a store name outside, you would have to make a u-turn if you’re coming from Temple City Blvd on Valley.(terrible location if you ask me)

This place is a hole-in-the-wall with a parking lot all to itself. It was our first time there, and we were greeted with a young boy at the cashier. He then gave us a lot of samples of the popular teas on their menu. He took the time to stand there and describe each and every drink. The unique thing about the menu is that there are a lot of puns. I got the whorechata which is basically horchata milk tea. It was delicious in the sample cup, but was a little too sweet when I got the actual drink. We also got a new drink called peppermint chocolate, which literally tastes like starbucks peppermint mocha. There’s an option to add a shot of expresso if you want something strong. The shop is pretty small, but will be a good hangout spot.

I used to work in the office space right next to this shop. This place was vacant for the longest time until they started their lease here and I spent months watching them renovate the space. I remember waving good morning to the father and son every morning and was excited to have a neighbor as I often worked alone in the office. For better or worse, I left that job before Dingleberries opened, so it took me almost a year to finally come try this place. For a drink shop, this place has plenty of parking. I wonder what they’re going to do with that warehouse in the back as it used to be just filled with our shipment and trial products.(Okay, so this place hits a little too close to home as I spent a year and a half here every single day). So upon entering, we were immediately greeted and offered samples. What made it even more awesome was that they provided 8 – 10 different samples per person and described each one to us –what impeccable service! I ended up deciding to order the Rosemead($ 4.50) in large. It’s basically a rose milk tea, which is usually my go-to drink. Their drinks have unique names and they all tasted good to whatever tickles your tastebuds. I highly recommend ordering the large size as it’s only a quarter more than the regular. I always wondered what kind of business would survive this area, but they seem to be doing very well. I hope to see continued success for Dingleberries!

What a cute spot for boba! My bf and I walked in and was browsing the menu, when the owner asked if it was our first time. We told her yes and she quickly grabbed us some samples. Now when I saw samples, I mean a drink tasting! She was so sweet and literally brought out all the drinks for us to try. Awesome customer service and creativity on the names! I ended up ordering the Rosemead, which is a rose milk tea. I usually don’t go for rose because it can be too fragrant and end up tasting like lotion. But this one was had the perfect amount of sweetness. My bf had the whorchata which is a horchata milk tea! It was delicious! The other one I suggest getting is the 626 which is a coffee milk tea! It was late, or else I would have gotten this one. You can also add coffee to any drink. They brew klatch coffee here and it was very good! I know there are a lot of boba spots in the area, but I’d definitely recommend this spot!

The perfect pit stop after a few hours of badminton at LABMC — rehydrating w some scrump black mango tea(real mangoes, not some janky mango flavoring!) — ask for less sweetener cause it is purteeeee darn sweet if ya don’t. They’re soooo nice here. I swear one time they adjusted my drink like five times adding tea and then water to get it to my liking and they legit didn’t seem to mind! Ive only ever gotten the one drink here but it’s just so darn delicious I have to stop by every time I’m in the area. The other samples I tried were super sweet but I think they’re meant to be so ill stick to the usje. Easy to miss as there’s no huge signage but you’ll see the poop emoji near the entrance as you’re driving on valley. Kinda looks like it’s in a warehouse strip mall thingy. They have a small lot on the side w three of four parking spaces but I’ve never come when it’s been full so easy in and out for a pick up. I could totally use some now — droooooool

I heard about this new place & I needed to make a visit especially since I saw that the décor was so cute! Cute décor, hipster looking tea shops and nice brunch places is a major factor when it comes to deciding where to go LOL the name of this place is cute too! At first it was hard to spot because there were no big words or a sign with their tea shop name. It’s on the corner of Valley &TC. There’s a small lot for you to park in so it’s not street parking. When I first entered, the owners son greeted us and asked if it was our first time there and when we said yes he went to the back to give us each a sample of all the most popular drinks. When I said samples I don’t mean 2, 3 or even 4 samples. I mean 9 different samples! We got 9 different small cups of the teas to try out. This is a great way for new customers to decide what to get! I don’t know any other place that gives customers THAT many samples at once. We settled with the Rosemead & Blended Matcha Slush. The Rosemead is more on the sweeter side but my boyfriend really liked it! I got the blended matcha slush without sugar because I like the plain matcha taste. It was still really good! All the drinks are made with non dairy creamer except the taro slush which has milk! That’s great for those who are lactose like me :) I like how this place isn’t original with their menu like«mango green teas, passionfruit green tea, boba milk tea, etc» but they actually have special &GOOD teas that are UNIQUE to their shop! I definitely will come back again to get another drink sometime soon!

We are genuinely blessed in the 626 for the plethora of boba tea options. The competition is fierce and this is good for customers. Competition promotes competitive pricing, innovation, and differentiation. Dingle has joined the competition. It’s a cute and humble sidewalk café right off of the infamous Valley Blvd. Walk in and the ambiance is soothing and cozy. Staff is nice and parking is sufficient. As we all know, especially in the 626, it’s all about the product(boba tea) and not really anything else. Right? I tried the mint green tea with boba. I really wanted grass jelly, but they don’t offer it. They do have a fruit jelly as well as fresh fruit for toppings. My drink came with a tea bag in it, so I’m not sure if it was brewed separately. I found the tea to be underwhelming. I was expecting more bitterness. The boba, on the other hand, was really good — soft, chewy, and not artificiality sweet. Because of the boba, I am rounding my star rating to 3, otherwise, I’ve had better green tea elsewhere. Further, I was hoping for more drink options(honey teas, passion fruit teas, etc.) and more topping options(grass, lychee, etc.) They do have a decent food menu selection, which I plan to try sometime soon. This review is purely on the drink I ordered. It’s worth checking out.

Definitely a hole in the wall! I absolutely love this place. They have dirty reference drinks, that you can’t help but laugh. If it’s your first time, tell them. They offer FREE samples of their signature drinks. I mean what place does that? My absolutely favorite drink is «Something about Mango». It has Tapioca and mango bits, which reminds me of Phoenix’s tapioca mango drink. I’ve tried their other drinks as well, and each one has a distinct and unique flavor. This place is a cool place to chill and catch up with a friend. I don’t think it’s a good study place though. They have limited seating and their chairs get uncomfortable after awhile. I suggest you guys give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

This small little tea shop is so cute! It’s really hard to miss though because they don’t have an actual sign. The door has a little picture of a poop if that helps haha. There are plenty of parking spaces with a big parking lot so its easy to get in and out. The drinks here are definitely UNIQUE. The names aren’t your basic«milk tea» or «green tea.» I was able to try the: 1) Whorechata milf tea– My favorite one out of the 3! It has a great blend of horchata and milk tea. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. I would definitely get this again! 2) There’s something about mango– This is pretty much a mango green tea. It comes with little tapioca balls and bits of mango. I can taste the mango syrup they use. Its not as fresh as the other ones I tasted. It was good but I don’t think I would get this flavor again. 3) Rosemead– This is a rose milk tea drink and it’s pretty good! Its light, refreshing, and not too sweet! I would get this again, but with boba. The only downside are the prices. It’s pretty pricey for a regular and to upgrade to a large is $ 0.25 more… so might as well get a large right? They do have the 5 Star Reward program where you get 1 point for every dollar spent. They also send out emails/deals such as «thirsty Thursdays» which is 20% off all beverages and many other deals. I will most definitely be back to try the food and other drinks! FREEWIFITOO!
