We were in the need for a new garage door. I looked on line and found Derek. He came out gave us an estimate and explained everything he was going to do. Very reasonable and friendly! Done in one hour! Not like a big company that’s just all about the money. He does everything. I was amazed at how he did it all by himself. Our old door was very heavy. I am so relieved and happy to find a business that does its job to keep customers, not to rip them off one by one. I live all the way in Washington State and have a rental home in San Pedro, CA. He was fast, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I even joked with him afterwards and said that if he can add windows to his business, he has another job waiting for him. I called Soderstrom Garage Doors and spoke with the owner Derek. He was very polite and made me feel comfortable over the phone. I received the same treatment when he arrived to have a look at my door problem. He explained to me that he could repair my door and gave me what I felt was a very fair price. He put new springs on my door and gave a complete inspection and tune up. My door was always loud and obnoxious sounding. Not anymore! I will be a future customer without a doubt.
