Although units are indoors and not as convenient as drive-​up units, getting in and out was more than easy enough. There do have some carts to use to help you move your stuff into the units which made the whole process quick and easy.
Pauline was of great help with showing me around the location, getting the paperwork finished quickly as well as helping me with the truck rental. The truck rental was definitely easier than a typical car rental. No complaints!

Stor-​Mor Self storage is by far the best choice for storage. They have the best rates in the area with wide range of self storage sizes. The facility is clean and safe.

All I ask from a storage facility is to keep my treasure safe and dry. On this score, Stor-​Mor is plenty decent. The ladies in the office are sweet and very helpful. Many other facilities are climate controlled, and this is not. Also the hallways are quite narrow. I dread the idea of pushing a couch through there. Other than that, we are happy with our selection. And judging from the fact that the place is fully booked, others would agree. Good prices, too.

Pauline was great, the girls at the office were nice too. Issue is Peter the GM. Not very professional and unknowledgeable.
Units are on inside, have few carts available. Usually that is sufficient except when there are other customers using them. Came in one weekend while another customer was moving out. She used all 4 carts they had available!
Exit gate was an inconvenience especially when you have to get out of your car to enter your ‘code’ to open the gate.
Hallways and doors are also very narrow, making it harder to store large items such as furniture.
Overall, my bad experience was with the manager.

I came in on a Friday to look at renting a storage unit. The owner showed me several units and two days later I came in and got the unit I liked – except I told them the wrong one. They called back and offered me the original one I liked and were so easy to work with. The two women in the office were friendly and talkative and did not try to get me to buy anything I didn’t want. Very different from the other high pressure corporate places that are around or the shady ones that look like something from a horror movie. Great place and great service – not to mention 50% less than a slightly newer place in Arcadia.

Cheaper than most. Indoor units, with several carts to move your stuff out to your vehicle. This isn’t as convenient as a drive-​up unit, but it’s not too bad. Always clean in the hallways. You can also park an RV, boat or extra car.

I totally took advantage of the deal they had back then. $ 20 discount for first time move in on the first month’s rent. I believed they still have deals going on last time I checked. Everything is very smooth. I purchased the insurance they offer because my homeowner insurance doesn’t cover storage. Nice and clean, great customer service! Also I see a lot of business owners have storage over there for storing paper work and trucks.

I have no complaints with Stor-​Mor. They are clean, friendly and best deal in town. Dolly’s are available when needed, hours seem longer than average and my favorite part is I can always make a phone payment if I can’t make it in on time.

Stor-​Mor is a safe and reliable storage. I have been using them for over 4 years. The prices are extremely well. The cheapest you’ll find around. I have never had any problems with them and the staff is very friendly. They have dollies to use which is a plus. You don’t have to take a couple of trips to your car. I recommend them to everybody.

This place has been around about as long as I have. Stor-​Mor is the only storage place I’ve ever used. No need to go anywhere else; the prices are good (I’ve called around), it’s clean, well maintained and safe. The staff is very layed back and friendly. There’s a real easy going vibe about the place. They have a huge lot for long-​term car, truck and RV storage in the back, too.
