Do not come here unless you speak Chinese. I dropped off a dress and told them twice(in English) that it was too big and I needed it taken in. The lady said«Okay. $ 5. Pick up Friday.» I asked her if I needed to try it on so they would know how much to take it in. The lady looks at me confused and tells me I can pay when I pick up. On Friday I pick up the dress and it’s still too big. Instead of taking it in, they charged me $ 5 to dry clean it despite the fact that I told them I wanted it taken in twice and despite the fact that it was already clean and the dress is machine washable.

Net is an awesome tailor, you just have to know what you want. He speaks broken English, but speaks all the Asian languages. Lastly, the price is amazing.

After driving there I had a few items that needed dry cleaning one was a 3 piece suit I needed within 2 days. The lady was trying to accommodate me but the man that worked there was not having it as I’m standing there they are bickering back and forth in whatever language they spoke, and finally the lady picks up the phone makes a call to someone who says they can have it ready by Saturday. It only took 15 minutes of me standing there completely confused and frustrated! Not to mention it smelling like cigarette smoke because the man smokes like a chimney! The man was so ipset by whatever was said that he got up yelled something went into the parking-lot pulled out a pack of cigarets and started smoking again… Needless to say my stuff was ready but smelled of cigarettes! I am never going back after such rude and smelly service! If I could do negative stars I would!

I’m sure people who have wanted to find a place that repair zippers know that finding such a place is like searching for a black object in a dark room. I went to more than 5 places before Tina’s and all of them told me they do not repair zipper. I was on the verge of giving up when I found Tina’s! The owner took a look at the zipper of my bag and told me that he would«repair it just for me.» Aww. Isn’t that sweet. Got it back the next day for just $ 5. For those of you looking for a place to repair zippers, I hope the people at Tina’s would«do it for you» too!
