Great travel agency. Help my parents booked a trip to Thailand and have heard nothing but great experiences from them.

Reserved my tix 1 month in advance but could not make it so I called them to cancel and they said ok but i would lose a small amount. (~250 $). Later we came to them to ask for refund and they said I have to lose another $ 100 because they forgot to cancel the ticket. And I said its not my fault and why would I pay that fee? They replied very unprofessionally «sorry either you take it or leave it. We cannot do anything now» I was speechless the way they handled this situation. Recommend not to buy from this dealer. Do notttttttttttttttt buy from this place. Trust me. And look at the record here you can tell all about them.
