I’m a local delivery guy, and because of that I get to see business owners as they actually are. Most are great; however, the owner of this business was incredibly rude.
I’ve bought honey, countless meals and tools from the folks I deliver to, and was looking forward to getting a pair of boots here. Oh well…

Great service. Got hubby a new hat. He tried to buy one that was too big because a previous one had shrunk. (The salesperson said that does happen sometimes, odd as it seems.) Salesperson was able to make both hubby and me happy by putting in some little foam inserts to adjust the fit — they can be taken out if this one shrinks. (Apparently that’s not a common occurrence — it’s only happened to us once.) Hat was on sale, too, and we were in and out in no more than 10 minutes.
We’ll have to go back sometime when we have more time — it looked like a really neat store.

Oh boy, has this place earned a customer for life. I am so happy to have found this store. I was looking for my first pair of real good boots without the wallet busting prices found at other western stores. I ended up finding a great boot for great price and great customer service. Ended up getting a pair of jeans too. Highest praise to the small town feel and atmosphere.
