I recently moved out the Richmond area and sadly left my pet sitter of 20 years back in Houston. I contacted Fetch! to ask about a new pet sitter and I was able to meet Laurey. Out of the 4 sitters, I interview, Laurey was the only one that was able to meet all 3 of my pets (they hid from the others). She was organized, asked very good questions and answered all of my questions in return. Given my fur babies were angry with the apartment, angry about the move and angry that I had to go out of town, Laurey took really good care of them while I was away and showed alot of patience and understanding as they tried to settle into their new environment. I was really lucky to find such a good pet care provider and highly recommend her for your pet care needs. Another great point, she sent pictures and texts each day about their progress. Thanks Laurey and Fetch! for the peace of mind.

Best pet sitting service ever. I echo what other reviews have said. Sheryl is awesome and takes great care of our animals, Bubba and Panna. Text are sent each visit and it makes you feel close to them when you are away. Never using a kennel again. Fetch is our partner.

Sheryl with Fetch Pet Care of R/​R is amazing. I appreciate being able to leave my home for a short break or a long trip & know that my animals are going to be well taken care of. I am able to book online, and Sheryl is a GREAT communicator.
We met in person well before her first home visit to show her the layout of the house etc, and to exchange a house key.
Sheryl sends updates while you’re away from home about her daily visits, and a report card was waiting on the counter when we got home. Being able to book online and pay online made the whole experience wonderful!
I agree with the previous reviewer, I highly trust & recommend Sheryl and Fetch Pet Care of RR!

I cannot stress enough how impressed we’ve been with having Sheryl help with the walking of our two Bostons. Sheryl has gone above and beyond what others would do for our little guys and she has been a tremendous asset in acclimating our new rescue in to our home.
