Ortiz Pools

Pete Ortiz and his team did an amazing job on our pool. They are very professional and clean. They communicated along the whole process and explained every step of the way. Weather had some impact on our scheduling but that is very understandable as there is anything we can do about mother nature. I highly recommend Ortiz Pools for your new pool install. Far and beyond my expectations. I am a very Happy Customer.

I was warned by a neighbor they used to be a good company but no longer are quality. No showed for an estimate appointment after making me take time off work to accommodate their schedule. Then yelled at me on the phone and said I could find another company. Beware.

I cannot speak directly about there quality because we didnt end up building a pool but I can tell you they are not in the business to rip you off. My wife and I gave Pete a check to start out pool. He had already begun doing some of the initial things to get our drawings to the loan officer and the HOA. I called him and told him that we were going to have to hold off on the pool at this point in time. He completely understood and gave me a full refund of the deposit that I put down.
However from a quallity stand point I called 75% of his references that he gives you when he comes out to quote your pool. Everyone that I talked to highly recommened him and some of the people had even built mulitiple pools with the Ortiz Family. One of his references was another pool builder who used them as a subcontractor.
If you are thinking about building a pool I would highly recommend at least giving the Ortiz Family the opprotunity to give you a bid. He was very honest and upfront about certain features on the pool that other companies were trying to push and I confirmed what he told me on several forums which would have cost alot more to do.
All in All you dont have a company that is in business for over 40 years only out to rip you off. The other person who posted must have either not taken advice of Pete or never called to have the things fixed.
