Anytime Fitness

I joined Anytime Fitness in Roseville almost 2 months ago. I changed from a different nearby gym because of shoddy customer service at the other place, including poor maintenance on the elliptical machines, and other reasons.
Anytime Fitness is great! The staff is very friendly and responsive to input and inquiries. I go almost every day and have had no problems with the equipment. It is clean. The shower rooms are private… SO NICE!
Staff is not always there. Members have key fobs to enter at any time, any day. There are devices available that members can wear around the neck or clipped to clothing to summon help if any medical or other emergency arises when no staff there.
The members are friendly yet unobtrusive. It is a good balance.
Valerie does HIIT (high intensity interval training) twice a week, currently Tuesday 7 am and Thursday 5:30 pm. She said that it may change to two evenings. Her class is AWESOME. She varies the exercises and shows modifications to accommodate individual capabilities. She provides useful feedback on form and safety related to the exercises. She also does personal training one on one, which I have not done.
There are at least two other personal trainers, whom I have met. I have not worked with them but have seen them working with other members.
A great benefit of ATF is access to other clubs in their extensive international network. When visiting someone in Marin recently, I used the Novato ATF gym. It was just as nice as the Roseville one.
Another nice feature of Roseville ATF is free wifi (with a password.) I sometimes listen to Pandora while working out, or otherwise use the internet without burning up GBs on my cell data plan.
Most of the aerobic machines have built in TVs with perhaps 10 or 12 channels if that is your preferred mind activity while exercising. There are a few wall mounted TVs also with closed captioning.
The only thing I miss from the old gym that I left is the whirlpool. Overall, Roseville ATF runs circles around them on friendly and helpful customer service, quality and availability of equipment, and cleanliness.

I have been trying to consistently workout which is always a challenge when going out of town so finding this place was a blessing. My «home» Anytime Fitness is pretty nice but this place is far superior in terms of equipment and the environment just seemed much friendlier than what I am used to. I definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in the area or happens to find themselves in this location.

Moving from L.A., it is refreshing to find a gym where people actually come to work out and don’t wear more make-​up than at the club.
The best part of Anytime Fitness? It is friendly, clean and never busy, with good equipment both for cardio and strength. After one month and going there around 6:30 pm and 7 am during the week or on the week-​end, the most people I’ve ever seen was probably a dozen people in the morning. But it’s never that much that you need to wait for any machine.
Speaking of equipment, they have it all, including a stairmaster. You see people doing crazy heavy deadlifts on the power rack. For beginners like me, the Smith Machine is your friend but there is always someone friendly to spot you if you ask. I yet have have to try the battle ropes they have stored somewhere. They also have some HIIT classes but haven’t tried them. In the separate studio, they also have a projector with videos to follow for some cardio workout.
At $ 39.99 a month, they are not the cheapest of the area. But when you go 3x a week, that’s about $ 3 per workout. How much is your soy-​milk latte already?

I would always drive past this gym on my way to and from work I finally stopped in and joined it’s a great place the staff that was working are awesome it’s very clean and the equipment is new and up-​to-​date I encourage anybody to join. Having the freedom to come and go and work out when you want is the best idea ever I’m definitely taking advantage of it and you should too.

Anytime Fitness in Roseville is awesome. The staff is super friendly and supportive. I joined 3 months ago and truly enjoy it. It is a great low pressure atmosphere. I am glad I joined it !!! Come try it for yourself.

Loved the gym. Across from my office. Our relationship was perfect and then I moved from Rancho to Roseville. When I joined in Ranch they agreed to not hold my credit card on file and to use my card one a month to bill me. When I moved to Roseville they moved my contact without my consent or knowledge and the nx place auto charged me. Then they kept changing me for a yr after I canceled my membership and I followed their cancellation procedures. I know if I didn’t move I wouldn’t of had an issue.

I love this gym! First it’s open ²⁴⁄₇. I used to go to California family fitness and it got so over crowded that going to the gym wasn’t enjoyable even though it should be. The staff is awesome and super friendly! they make you feel like family. I had my fitness consiltation with John, the minute we got to talking I signed up for a year of sessions even though I wasn’t suppose to be working out with my bum shoulder. He has been a great motivater and I have been able to almost reach my fitness goal in just 2 months when I thought it would take close to 6 months. He has also accomidated to my injury so that I would not reinjure it. Once again one of the best gyms I have been to.

This Anytime Fitness is one of the best I’ve been too. The cardio equipment is very modern and there are enough machines to use during rush hour after work and in the early morning. Each machine is equipped with its own television and look to be very clean and wiped down.
The gym is always clean along with the bathrooms as well.
I love to come here to use the stepper. The only down side is that they need another one!!!

This gym is by far the best gym I have ever stepped foot in! I used to go to California family fitness and it was always so busy and very hard to get on a machine. And the staff never was that friendly. Anytime fitness is the total opposite! I called and spoke to sandy who was so warm and friendly I just had to go in and check it out! Boy am I glad I did she was so helpful and the gym is fantastic, each machine has tvs how cool is that! It is also open 24 hours and you get your own little scan card so the door only lets members in late at night very nice! I had my first workout last night and I was greeted by sandy and shonda they are both fantastic and so warm and helpful! Ladies this is the most comfortable place to work out! Give it a shot you will not regret it!

I really like my Anytime Fitness gym. It’s convenient to my home and work and I like the fact I can work out any time of the day or night. Another added feature is that I can find a gym whenever I travel and use it. The trainers at the Douglas Blvd gym are awesome and really take time with each client. The equipment is great and fits into my workout routine. I won’t go any place else but Anytime Fitness!

I love it here! I left 24 hour to follow my trainer john over here and it was definitely a good decision to make the switch over to anytime. It’s much more personal, its not slam packed every day all day, and the equipment is brand new.

Anytime Fitness has been my gym for over a year now, I go almost every day and just love the clean facility, new up to date equipment and the variety of machines and many extras like; kettle bells, yoga mats, bosu balls, weighted balls, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and encouraging. After you come for a while you tend to see the same people time after time. Everyone is very friendly, non judgmental and willing to spot you when lifting heavy.
They have amazing professional personal trainers who offer one-​on-​one or group sessions. They even have a tanning bed and a water massage bed! I love everything about this gym, and especially that they are open 24 hours so you can go literally Anytime!

Love the location right off of HWY 80 and close to all surrounding cities. I just started training at this studio a couple of months ago specifically for the bodybuilding staff. I must say that both the staff here and atmosphere is truly an amazing experience. Everybody is so up~beat, positive, encouraging and most of all FRIENDLY! Yay! Love my new FBF team and hope to get my Pro Card someday with their help.

As a Prior member of many gyms and fitness centers throughout the world while in the service, I find the cozy atmosphere at Anytime Fitness in Roseville is more than you would ever expect in a gym. When you walk in the door, you see the state of the art equipment ready to be used and the friendly attentive staff always willing to cheer you on and help you meet your goals. This place is exactly that Goal Driven not money driven. Where most gyms only seem to care about taking your money and could care less if you ever use your membership, at Anytime Fitness, they make you want to go there to work out, they help you make achievable goals and then they hold you accountable to go and reach your fitness goals. The Trainers there are all very knowledgeable, I am working with Brian, and I have one thing to say he is an exemplary trainer who is constantly asking how you are feeling to make sure you do not injure yourself. When you work out there, you are able to ask questions of the staff and they will get you answers. By being there every step of the way in making your goals and helping you plan and then achieve them. This Fitness center is the best I have seen and worked with. I highly encourage everyone to visit the facility and experience it for you.

Brand new, advanced equipment, iPod compatible, touch screen machines, choose your own fitness class at your own time with the drop down projector… This place is extremely well taken care of and impossible to beat! Plus you can get inspired by or train with fitness models and industry experts. Thanks Jami for having such a wonderful place, and Sean for the beyond traditional workouts that produce results!!!

I’ve been to many gyms and fitness centers in my day, but Anytime Fitness in Roseville is more than a gym… it’s a family. Most gyms care about taking your money and could care less if you show up… not ATF, they hold you accountable for your fitness goals and are there every step of the way to help you achieve them. I encourage everyone to visit the facility and experience it for yourself.

Nice gym with everything you need and accessibility 24 – 7. The gym is good for advanced people like me but also for newbies. The trainers are very nice and knowledgable. They also have the latest cardio machines and a good selection of both free weights and machine weights.
