Business Owner

Brad and Scott Bailey, were born and raised in Fair Oaks, California. Both boys began washing windows at a ripe young age.

In 2005, Brad’s American dream of becoming a small business owner became a reality when he started a window washing company. The company was called Bailey Window Washing. The business grew and grew over the next seven years. In 2012, Brad’s older brother, Scott, joined the company. The two brothers renamed the business, «Bailey Boys Services». The name seemed fitting given the fact that the brothers come from a family of four boys. Brad and Scott have carried on the legacy of having boys in their own families. Between the two families, there are seven boys and two girls. Fair Oaks seems to be brimming with the new generation of «Bailey Boys»!

Bailey Boys Services has been serving the Sacramento area since 2005. Both brothers love their community and they love what they do. The company is committed to providing their customers with quality services!

A couple of months ago I called Brad Bailey to power wash my patio and from porch/​walkway.
I was so pleased I arranged to have them wash all my windows. They are so polite, friendly and tidy as they work. They were there in the morning and then later in the afternoon, to my surprise, they came out of their way to check on one window screen, they didn’t remember hanging back up. That is truly a commitment to customer service. I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased. Will definitely call again. Lucy B.

These guys were tops! Arrived on time, efficient workers, and left my windows sparkling. Also, I had asked them to alert me if they saw a failed seal in any of my double paned insulated windows, and they took the time to make note of the problem windows and also point out to me the evidence of the seal breach in each failed window.

Great service! Very professional. Called ahead because they were running early. Cleaned our gutters thoroughly and did a great job explaining the service. Trouble shot a problem drain fitting and made recommendations. Also did a thorough job cleaning up the debris and washing down the patios and areas around gutters. We will have them back again!

Brad showed up when several other people we contacted never even bothered to return our calls. I got a very fair estimate for pressure washing the roof of my business and the price included cleaning the gutters. We set an appointment time and date and Brad contacted me on the day of the appointment to confirm, a nice touch. The roof looks great and I not only recommend Bailey Boys but I will use them again for my home and business.

Scott and helper arrived on time, we negotiated a price quickly and they got to it. They are by far the sharpest looking window washing team I have ever seen. Bright blue new truck, matching polo shirts, and clean cut guys. They even took their shoes off in the house. My wife was impressed. They did my 2100 sq ft two story home inside and out, including the window tracks in no time. My wife, the real critic, was very pleased with the bright and shiny windows!
We highly recommend these guys!

Bailey Boys Services (BBS) offers basic around-​the-​house cleaning such as window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. You call, they estimate over the phone, and show up for a no-​obligation refinement of their bid based on an actual visit. If you agree, they go to work on the spot.
Our two-​story home hadn’t had the windows cleaned in years. After getting the phone bid, which the rep assured me would be «a maximum,» BBS showed up, quoted within the range I’d gotten on the phone, and went to work.
These guys are pleasant and get right to work. Several times, I stopped them to show some areas that I wanted cleaned a little better, and also added to the job slightly while they were on site. They adjusted, using an old toothbrush of mine to get the grime out of the corners of the window tracks, and except for a few minor missed areas, did the job perfectly.
Within hours of their finishing up, we had an open house showing and the windows were absolutely sparkling. I’m delighted with the service. 5 stars!

CLEAN — COURTEOUS– FAST– EFFICIENT
I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and have just experienced the best ever in home services preformed by The Bailey Boys.
They were on time when they came to bid the job and when they came to do the job. I thought I was going to have to replace a large window… BUT NO… after Bailey Boys cleaned the window and screen, it looks like a new window
All services they preformed were excellent and I will not hesitate have them back to do other services at our home.

I’m telling you, these guys are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They do the best window washing around at a fantastic price. The Bailey Brothers Brad & Scott will get the job done with high quality service and are as professional as they come. They also do carpet cleaning, gutters, and solar panel cleaning. I will definitely use them for all of those needs as well. And when the holidays come around they can do lighting as well. Very, very satisfied! Highly recommend!
