My go to spot for brows. All the girls know what they are doing and always do a great job. Last longer then waxing.

New to the area and I’m very picky about my eyebrows. We all know how bad it sucks when someone messes them up! Beauty by thread is my new go to place! Affordable, clean and good service. If you don’t want to go too thin just make sure you emphasize this. I’ve gone with Pam several times now and she listens to my concerns about shape. They also have an app that will allow you to book an appointment before arriving which will save you time because they do get busy! Also make sure to bring your rewards card they really do give you free services!

They had good pricing 10 $ to get your brows done but the girl made my brows a little thin

I’m used to getting my eyebrows waxed but found that I like the look of threading more and it has better results! Pam did mine and not only did she do a great job, but she also helped me with how to care for them and told me to go easy on the tweezing!

I give beauty by thread a five star only because of Rupinder! I have been to many other girls there for eyebrow threading and come out with them looking too skinny. I’m so happy to have found Rupinder! She’s so sweet and shapes my eyebrows perfectly every time! I will not let anyone do my brows other than her. She’s the best!

Went to the Beauty by Thread booth near H&M in the Galleria on a slow Monday. I met Pam who was so sweet and professional. She did an amazing job on my brows and on my henna tattoo. I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Pam. She sometimes works in the actual store on the other end of the mall if she’s not at the booth.

Pam is by far one of my favorites. She does my brows perfectly every time. I’ll definitely be a recurring client.

I was so pleased with my experience here. It’s very affordable and they are so quick to help you when you walk in. I have always gotten my eyebrows waxed, and I am very particular about the way my brows look. I decided to get them threaded but was fearful of the pain. Though it hurt just slightly more, it’s SO worth it, especially with these talented ladies. My girl was so attentive, sweet, and made my eyebrows look exactly like I wanted them. I’m going there every time now!

I always call and find out which spot in the mall Priya is working at because she is literally the best person to do my eyebrows in years.

Waxing in the past has always caused blisters, so I decided to try threading. I LOVE IT!

Loved getting my eyebrows threaded here. Friendly, professional, & they did an amazing job! Finally found a place I love. I have been trying to even out my eyebrows after the shape was ruined by some where else. They listened to my concerns & fixed the issue as well.

I think they’re really used to thicker brows — I have Asian hair and I used to get threaded here every month. When I moved out to Davis and switched places for my brows I realized how much hair they had been stripping from my brows!
I already have pretty sparse brows and I was looking through my old photos recently — my brows were SO thin when I went to BBT it was ridiculous. I’ve regained a lot of the growth but I still won’t be coming back here.
The workers are constantly gossiping, the environment seems completely unprofessional, and it hurts like crazy NOT because of the threading but because the ladies don’t seem to realize that you have a face underneath their hands — I’ve been poked multiple times by their fingers and it’s super unpleasant.
So I’m not saying don’t go here because they do clean up your brows — but you might lose more brow than you want and the experience might suck. It’s a super hit or miss place.

This is the third location of the same threading shop that I’ve been to and Beauty By Thread never disappoints. I love how uniform all their shops are. Same color themes, jewelry style, and even down to the furniture. This location is right in the middle of a huge mall, super convenient location of you want to stop by while shopping.
For my visit, there was only one thread-​ist available, Jatinder, and she was great. Upon entering, she greeted me even while working on another client. The staff at every location is always polite, efficient, and helpful. They show me the mirror after finishing the first brow before starting on the other one to make sure the client is happy.
Overall, I went from messed-​up brows to pretty and even eyebrows after a few sessions at Beauty By Thread. Thank you ladies!

I saw Pam on Sunday. My friend talked me into trying this… And I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t as painful as I imagined. Pam was very sweet, friendly, and knows what she talking about. Thanks girl!

I said just a clean up and now my eyebrows are not equal. They took off the whole tail of one side. Never in my life have I had this issue. And completely awful.
The only reason I went here was I just moved here and needed a new place and the reviews weren’t awful.
Place is at least clean. But chair have to head rests. They should invest in proper chairs instead of telling clients to slouch down in chairs uncomfortably
Prices are $ 10 which is overall the more expensive of threading places.

I’ve been coming here for several months now & with one exception I have so far been happy with the results. I’ve been waxing my eyebrows for over a decade but finally made the switch to threading. Yes, this place is in a mall, but that’s what’s so convenient since I’m already there. I am always promptly greeted & rarely wait more than 5min for my turn. A paper cover is always placed on the chair before I lay back & after clarifying what I want the employee starts threading away those stray hairs that don’t belong on my face. When it’s over a couple min later I look in the mirror & feel just a little prettier than when I walked in.
As to the one time I had a not so pretty experience, well it was because I had a new (perhaps less experienced) employee work on me. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up because I don’t like thin brows. She nodded but I just had a feeling we weren’t on the same page. After she finished the 1^st brow I asked for someone else to take over. Took several weeks & some good coloring in to get my brows to match. Yes, I did keep going back because one newb isn’t a reflection of the work the other stylists have done. It was one time several months ago.

They ALWAYS do an excellent job with threading my eye brows. It’s great to see this in Roseville, when I went to school in Illinois, these threading places were all over Chicago and it’s SO much easier, quicker and cleaner than waxing! My roomie use to thread her own eyebrows and i loved it.
The price is EXPENSIVE — it’s $ 8 to do eye brows, I usually buy a groupon but it’s still $ 6. To be honest, there’s not much labor involved and it usually takes 5 minutes to do eye brows, and in Chicago it’s usually $ 5. I assume the higher prices is because of the mall location and the rent, but even the indian grocery stores in Roseville only charge $ 5 – 6 and that’s regular, without a groupon.
The 4 stars is for the service — the ladies doing the threading ALWAYS look angry. It’s almost impossible to get a smile, which really makes the experience a little bit cold. I know due to language barrier, they may not feel comfortable chatting, which I don’t expect, but at least a smile when you walk in or when you smile would be nice. I usually get an angry look. Whatever.
