Food was ok, service was fine. Broken credit card machine, probably won’t return.

Right as we pulled up into the parking lot the lady ran to the light and turned it off then locked the door. She opened the door and rudely told us that they closed. The girl with the purple braids is rude.

Poor customer service. They advertise buy one get one free blizzard with Roseville Youth Soccer and then didn’t honor it.

I hate to admit it but I do come to this Dairy Queen a lot. You can’t go wrong with a heath bar blizzard and french fries. The employees who work the drive-​through have always been nice very good customer service extremely friendly.

Fries are very good tasting and not overly greasy. Everything came out hot and fresh, except for the Blizzard, which was very cold. Looking forward to coming back.

ALWAYS a delight to come get a Blizzard with my husband! The staff here is amazing and very friendly!

I go to this Dairy Queen all the time.
Everything is always good, except the guy with the tattoos on his arm and plugs in his ears. During my last stop here, my husband and I watched him being out orders to two people they had pull forward. And BOTH times, we watched him spit on the ground while carrying out the food! Gives me the willys thinking what this guy does behind the counter where we can’t see if he is willing to spit in front of cars…

After a full day of shopping, hanging out with friends for lunch, and writing reviews on Unilocal… I thought Dairy Queen would be the perfect way to top off a great day! I wasn’t disappointed with my visit to Dairy Queen. My husband pulled into the drive through and we were promptly greeted by Billy. He quickly took our order of two Butterfinger Blizzards and we pulled up to the window. Billy was personable and asked us if we would be paying by cash or credit. I was shocked that the drive through accepts credit cards. How convenient! However, we paid with cash because it was so cheap.
Billy handed my husband the receipt and then our blizzards. Billy thanked us and wished us a good day.
The Butterfinger blizzards were delicious and made to perfection.
In addition, the parking lot was clean and well maintained!

This place is disgustingly nasty. I got a classic burger today with a milkshake. I like the fair queen on fruitridge. But this one eewwe gross I get people don’t care because it’s fast food but come on take a little pride maybe that’s why you work in fast food. Lazy and sloppy. My burger was so soggy the bun was ripping apart by just a touch the lettuce oinion an tomato pretty much out of the buns should of just left the damn thing out. The bun was so soggy is just tasted nasty ware of my money. I prefer to go to a better restaurant in trying fast food because I’m busy but I think the little bit of extra money and time is worth it because all these fast foods are pathetic especially on doulas blvd. I think my school cafeteria food is better than this pathetic ass shit annoyed!

The corn dogs are indeed bomb.
If you eat food at DQ, you are really not being creative. Go to the Popeye’s down the street for food. It’s not that it’s horrible, it’s just pretty generic.
I usually go to the corn dog because it’s cheap and it’s good. I mean how do you really mess up a corn dog?
DQ is good for one thing as far as I’m concerned. They could nix 90 percent of the menu and I’d never complain.

Well, I do or I’d die. Not to mention I think I’m lactose intolerant. So I have to decide if feeling like I got punched in the stomach is worth it.

All this talk of an ESF fee makes me wish I’d actually looked at my receipt.

Food is not bad, some of it microwaved such as the chilli dog, though. Still not a bad choice if you’re in a pinch for a place to eat. Ice cream is a bit expensive. The slushes are really good and addicting. 3.25 stars
Workers need to do a better job of keeping the tables wiped down and clean at busy periods. The table we sat at had not been cleaned and there was a kleenex with something nasty in it sitting there. Please clean the tables employees. Lots of talking and chatting from the employees and they could be doing this instead. (I was not too happy to sit down and see a kleenex with blood in it, sitting on the table).

HIDDEN FEES: DID YOU KNOW THEY CHARGE YOU AN ECONOMIC SERVICE FEE (ESF) of $.56 on any order over $ 3.00. I sent a complaint to the Dairy Queen Corp and received a call from the owner. he claims he does it to «keep cost down». But I now go to the Dairy Queen on Greenback and their fees are the same. and they don’t charge you the ESF fee. Now the Dairy Queen on Douglas does say they give you a «discount» for paying cash. but when I bought a blizzard I noticed that with the ESF fee, my discount was $.03.yes that’s right 3 cents. I refuse to give anyone money they don’t deserve. I work too hard for my money!

I go to this Dairy Queen a few times a week to fulfill my sweet tooth. The employees are always friendly and my orders are always made correctly and quickly. Find coupons in the Roseville Penny Saver!

The ice cream is always spot on and the staff is friendly. The place was just looking so tore back its hard to stop off at Dairy Queens these days. I rarely see a nice one and in a day when all these others places are sprucing themselves up they may want to consider it to. I may take my kids their more often then to Leatherby’s.

I just had lunch there with my family and the food was horible. The $ 5 lunch looks nothing like the comercial. I guess you get what you pay for! The blizzards were more like shakes with chunks of candy in them. I would not suggest this place and will not be returning to this location. Which is sad because most DQs are really good.

This place does not even deserve one star. They are slow, ran out of chocolate ice cream, charged us for using a credit card, and were rude about it all. The sign in their drive-​thru window says that they give a «cash discount». The cashier asked me if I was paying with cash or card and when I said card he gave me the total. When I asked him how much it would have been if I paid cash he told me an amount that was equal to the menu board price plus tax. I told him that they were not giving a cash discount or the price would be lower than the menu board price. I also told him that it is not legal to charge a fee to use a credit cars in CA (ATM yes but not credit cards). He said he «I know» but that is the owners policy. I will be contacting the department of weights and measures tomorrow. Save you time and money and skip the place, it’s a total joke.

I am always very satisfied when I visit this location. The staff are friendly and the service is quick, even for a busy Saturday night. Whenever I order burgers (¼lb grill burger w/​cheese) the cheese is perfectly melted and every topping and condiment tastes very FRESH. The meat itself is cooked perfectly as well.
Overall, I definitely recommend this location.

Okay you guys, I don’t know if it’s just me, but the corndogs here are totally bomb! My boyfriend and I stopped by this location because I wanted a relatively small lunch.
I ordered 2 corndogs, fries, and a small drink. It hit the spot perfectly! The fries are good too.
My boyfriend ordered a burger combo meal which came in a cute combo box so it was easy for him to eat while driving and not make a mess.
DQ is a good place to go to if you want a snack, meal, or of course ice cream! Yum!
