As someone who works in a sports fan based small business, I’m well aware that in an economy that isn’t the friendliest to non-essential shopping. That requires customer service that is unparalleled to most other stores. That being said, I will NEVER come to this shop again. I was not greeted by either of the two staff members, I was not asked if I needed assistance finding anything, NOTHING. The most I heard from the unhappy looking girl and guy behind the counter was how great their Chinese food was. I was astonished at how crappy their customer service was. After making my purchase, I was not thanked, not told to have a good day, nothing. It’s pathetic. If anyone from that business ever reads this, you can go ahead and thank the two employees working the 6pm shift on August 22, 2013 for ensuring that I never return. I won’t spend my hard earned money in a place where my business is so blatantly unappreciated.

***This team sports apparel shop in the Galleria at Tyler has a good selection of sports apparel for local teams(Dodgers, Angels, Kings, Lakers) but just an okay selection for away teams; they have at least something for most NFL teams, but they only feature stuff for about 10 or so NBA and MLB teams; the prices I viewed were not that great – their cheapest and run-of-the-mill t-shirts started at $ 20*** The Galleria at Tyler has its own free parking lot. It is usually easy finding an open space, but it can be frustrating finding an open space when lanes become jammed during peak shopping times.
