Genesis Window Tinting is everything and more. I’ve had two of my cars tinted here plus my family has had 5 previous cars tinted at the Roseville location. The ceramic film is highly recommended and well worth the fair price. Better quality and customer service than any other business can offer. Always recommend friends and family to come to this business.

My appointment isn’t until later this week… why the 5 stars?!? I messaged the business and within minutes Sid responded. He was able to give me a quote, appointment time, answered all questions and gave me detailed information about the entire process and about the different products.
There is a special for checking in at the Elk Grove location, on Unilocal and he was able to give me the same special pricing.
First point of contact and I’m already receiving great customer service.
My friend had her BMW done here and the finished product was emaculent.

I’m one happy client! I had my brand new black WRX installed with the FormulaOne/​Pinnacle ceramic tint (15% rear/​35% front)…just in time for the scorching heat! I must say that Genesis has the most knowledgeable and personable customer service around — no arrogance or attitude at all! Everything from the initial communications, to scheduling, to the actual tint work was friendly, professional and efficient. The workmanship is outstanding, high quality, and flawless! Great place to get what you want! Fair price and great customer service. Brought my 2015 mustang here because i wanted nothing but professional work done on my windows and thats exactly what i got at genesis. I would highly recommend anybody to get their tints here! Best in town! Fantastic service and excellent customer service. The price was fair and the quality of work is superb. Scheduling process was easy, i came in, asked about there product, process and they were ready to do it the same day. Unfortunately i couldn’t do it at that moment so we reschedule for the following weekend. They even called me a day before to remind me about my appointment. Great work on the tint, happy with how everything came out! Be sure you have a clear understanding on when your car will be ready if you have a hectic schedule and double check couple hours ahead before the expected completion time. Pricey but you get what you paid for.
Would have loved to see a better demo of the types of tint they carry including the percentages before I dropped $ 500 but all worth it. Remember always go darker than what you think you want, you’ll be happier!

So far, so good. Brought my truck in a couple days ago to get the front windows tinted. I went with the higher priced formula one for more heat reduction. Price seemed good and I’ve heard in the past that Genesis is one of the best. Very friendly service and also extremely quick. Will probably bring my truck back to get the windshield done at a later date.

This is strictly a review on the scheduling process. It was a FAIL!
Wasted an entire Saturday. Had one car tinted last month. Great job 5 Stars. Liked it so much got an estimate and scheduled appointment for our second car.
Arrived at scheduled time and told that it was scheduled incorrectly and they would possibly not have time to finish the job that day. Since they would be closed the following day, I would have to return to pick up my car, then bring it back on Monday or Tuesday to finish the job. The appointment was made a week in advance, confirmed and it was never caught that the old tint had to come off first, which was quoted in the price, and it should have been scheduled at 8 am, instead of 1pm. Ruined a rare Saturday off as I had made arrangements to be picked up and brought back once the job was completed.
I think it hurt them more than me, I was planning on the premium package with about a $ 500 budget. I think I might have dodged a bullet though, because when I pulled in to drop off, I noticed the gentlemen working in the tint bay was literally leaning all over the car he was working on. I don’t see how that cars paint job could not have been affected. I had intended on mentioning this before I left my car there. They really should be using some sort of pad or cover so the zippers and buttons don’t scratch your whip!
The young lady at the counter was very nice. She apologized and offered alternative solutions, but I did not have much confidence at this point. It was not her fault, she was not the one on the hook for scheduling the appointment to begin with.
A simple check the day before when confirmed, would have alerted them that there was a removal and re-​apply job at 1pm. The kicker is I could have taken it in at 8am that morning and already be enjoying newly tinted windows, instead of writing an unhappy review on Unilocal.
Multi-​car discount or not, I won’t waste my time with this place again. Sorry guys.

The film the use is high end LLumar ceramic film. It doesn’t turn purple or peel. Do yourself a favor and your car and come here and get the best.

Called this place with a bunch of questions then drove all the way here from Sacramento because of the Unilocal reviews, service, and extensive research on the tint types and brands. This is one of very few places that offer this tint. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. They were so friendly and thorough in every part of the process, including helping you pick out the right tint for you and warranty process just in case you have any problems in the future. Their warranty and service made me especially happy I decided to choose this place.

Great place for tinting cars! Very professional and respectful guys that work there. I’ve tinted cars many places before but this is the only place I’d come back Asa repeat costumer! Great tint job!

Highly recommend getting tinting done here. Took my audi in and it looks perfect. Very friendly and helpful service. They even helped me out with a completely unrelated car issue weeks later. I feel like they do all that they can to make you a happy customer and have a great experience! Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

The guys are very nice, the service is quick and would recommend getting your tint done (or taken off as I had to in my case since I kept getting pulled over) here.
