Greg and Janet Lewis have been in the service industry for over 23 years. As top level healthcare executives for 13 of those years, Greg and Janet became two of the most sought after business executives in their profession. Their outgoing and warm personalities, their attention to detail and their ability to inspire others is what truly sets them apart.

When they made the decision to re-​evaluate their careers and get into real estate, they incorporated all the best practices of their old business into their new one and found great success. As masters club recipients, Chairman’s circle award winners and Top Producers for Priority 1st Realty in 2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,2009 their names have become synonymous with exemplary service. In November 2010 Greg and Janet started their own company and became independent brokers.

It’s hard to put into words how much we appreciate Greg and Janet. We have used G&J for buying and selling our homes since 2008. Their knowledge of the market is incredible and we never feel like we are about to make a poor investment or a emotional investment. I tell them what we wish for; the area and price range, and then completely change locations the next week (yes, I am that person). They reset the home search and move to the new location without annoyance. Our request this time is exactly what we bought: solar, pool sized yard, fully open concept downstairs without formal areas and 4 bedrooms. They found it! Communication is quick; they will quick reply to emails, texts or phone calls with thoughtful answers to my many questions or comments. We always felt like we were their only clients when I know that is not the case
There are tons of real estate agents out there but none area like G&J. You truly have 2 people working 100% for you and quickly they become a part of your family. Buying and selling your home is a huge investment and we will always use G&J.

I was amazed at how much help Greg and Janet were to our home search and I do mean every step of the way. They not only helped us to quickly find a home that was right for our family (we had been looking for months prior to getting a recommendation for them from a fellow hotel dweller), but they did not drop the ball once during the entire time leading up to and including the closing as well as helping us to find A+ help to do the things we needed to have done to the home to move in. I really don’t think we would have found a house, closed and moved in at all smoothly without their expert and detailed help and I am very grateful for it. They went out of their way so many times to give us the assistance we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered.
They truly compliment each others talents and both are extremely knowledgeable about the market here. They know the lay outs of the homes and neighborhoods and they really hit a home run finding us what suits us best for the price we could afford. I really can’t even begin to go into the many helpful things they did to assist us in finding and moving into our new home here, but it was well beyond anything I thought anyone would do for a modest home buyer. They are both just plain good people and it shows in their work very clearly. Plus, they are delightful to spend time with making the search easy.

These guys are great. I’ll try not to be long winded, but there’s really not enough good I can say about them.
We were new to the area and very new to the idea of purchasing a home. They honestly treated us like family and educated us every step of the way. Any question I had, they gave an honest and sincere answer. They made the process exciting and worry-​free, and it was actually quite fast. They knew about every single neighborhood in the area and could tell right away which ones would be potential fits for us. Well, we found what we wanted on the first outing. The seller went about things in a different way than I had heard of, but Greg and Janet were very persistent with them and got my wife and I in the door at the price we wanted. Incredible.
We’ve been in our home now for a little over a month, and we have these two to thank for it. Do yourself a favor and let these two help you. If I ever need to buy or sell a home in this area again, Greg and Janet are the people I’ll call.

My husband was transferred to Sacramento and we knew nothing about the area. Greg and Janet were recommended to us by a friend and I’m so grateful they were. They listened to what we were looking for and they found the perfect city, neighborhood and house for our family. Greg and Janet even referred us to an excellent loan agent who was willing to do a VA loan and had us pre approved in a few days. We were under a time crunch so they packed snacks and scheduled 13 houses for us to look at on a Saturday. That afternoon we put in an offer on a house and 30 days later we moved in. Greg and Janet are so friendly and knowledgeable and they made it so quick and easy. We would definitely use them again.

As neighbors of Greg & Janet Lewis I first knew them as responsible, loving parents. Beyond that, through the years I observed them sell homes very quickly, including selling a pair of homes on our street before they even were on the market for a day. I always told my wife if we ever sell our home we need to use Greg and Janet. I did not want the inconvenience of the house being on the market for a very long period of time. Well the time to downsize came and Greg & Janet lived up to the legacy I had always believed it to be. They were absolutely professional and courteous.
I believe there love of the job, their high level of education as well as their sincere desire to do whats best for their client makes them the best in the region. Additionally they not only sold my home fast but brought two buyers into the fold for me to choose from. I am so happy I had the wisdom to go with them. Oh, a word of advice, if you use them for your agent start looking for your next residence asap as you will be needing a place to live real quick.

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous to make the big step of buying my first home but as soon as I met and started working with Greg and Janet I knew I was in good hands. They were quick to get the process started and on our first day out on the home search we found «the one», however I was hesitant. Both Greg and Janet were great in listening to my, we’ll call it ‘holy crap this is real moment’. I made an offer based on their knowledge and confidence that the house we found was a diamond in the rough. I still wanted to look at more houses and they took me. But they knew what they were talking about, their advice was spot on, as we had already found me my new home on the first day. But I’m very thankful for their patience and willingness to show me more homes because now I’m incredibly comfortable and happy knowing I have the house I was meant to have.
Throughout the entire home buying process Greg and Janet were patient to walk me through all of the details of my purchase. I also have to hand it to them for their patience and communication with my parents, as they were a large part of the process also. I know along with me my parents give Greg and Janet raving reviews.
Oh, and don’t hesitate to ask Greg and Janet for some remodel expertise and referrals. I did quite a remodel on my home and they had some great ideas to help and some spot on referrals, my counter tops are fantastic!
I couldn’t have asked for a better first home buying experience and if/​when I choose to move on up I will have no hesitation to ask for Greg and Janets help.

«If you get in our car… you’re gonna buy a house»…they don’t lie! Loved Greg and Janet! I was skeptical on finding a house so quickly that I love, but the two of them made it happen immediatly.
The pair of them were always available to answer my many 1st time buying questions and concerns and made the home buying process so easy that I’d never think twice about shooting a refferral their way! They made me feel like «family».

My wife and I have moved 9 times during our 41 years of marriage, during which time we were served by many wonderful agents (and a couple not so wonderful). Without a doubt, our experience with Greg and Janet was our MOST POSITIVE, productive experience with a real estate professional. From start to finish, we felt very valued by them. They helped us find our new ‘dream’ house, and they sold our ‘old’ house in 5 days!!!
They are a great ‘team’, and their individual strengths provide a skilled and balanced professional approach. We began to trust their counsel and experience immediately, and Greg’s careful market analysis of our area helped us get top dollar for our residence – more than the asking price! Janet provided clear direction to us on ‘staging’ our property — just a part of their comprehensive service.
They were able to provide us with names of companies/​individuals who provide other services in connection with a property transaction, e.g., repairmen, landscapers, etc.
They handled the paperwork of our transaction flawlessly. They kept every appointment we had with them, and communicated clearly through phone calls and email whenever something significant occurred. They are not ‘8 to 5′ agents, but are willing to get up early and work into the night to provide the best service possible.
They were recommended to us by a friend who is an executive with a major mortgage company. He said, «Based on my experience, they are tops in the Roseville area.» He was absolutely correct.

I gave them 2 stars because Janet is amazing. I love her attitude. She made my family and I feel very welcomed and comfortable. And, by the rental property we’ve viewed, they have great taste in home purchased. This house is exactly what we had in mind for a rental property (still searching). I told her over and over how prefect the house is.
However, I took 3 stars because we got the impression that Greg was pushing us out of the door as soon as we stepped in. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, so we continued to look around the house, ask questions, and even turned in an application. When I handed him the application, he said something regarding our military status and people accepting VA loans, and then, ended with «what ever you do, don’t move to Lincoln.» That was my queue to respectfully ask for my application back, instead I went against it. But, I WANTED this property so bad. So much so, we were willing to pay the rent and deposit at this house, as well as our last month in our current place (so we don’t break the lease). We are looking for a place to live for our last 3 years, 7 months in California. After mentioning that every tenant that lived in that house has broken the lease, I would’ve went with guaranteed income. But hey, we all do business differently. Personally, even if I know I wasn’t going to rent a certain house to a family, I would’ve smiled and interacted just so they would want to do business with me elsewhere or at another time.

My wife and I relocated from Socal to Roseville and were looking to settle down in our first home. We met Greg and Janet at an open house during one of our house hunting expeditions. They were courteous, genuine, and impressed us with their insight and knowledge of the local area and homes. We found our agents!
They were great throughout our search and purchase. We were anxious, and at times neurotic, yet Greg and Janet remained patient, communicative and upbeat. In hindsight, they ensured that we had a smooth and easy process.
Post sale, they continued to help us as we remodeled our home and remain a resource for all things home related today. Their experience and knowledge, combined with their candor and sincerity, exceeded our expectations and made them truly an exceptional pair.

Greg and Janet made buying a home fun! We thought buying our first home was going to be intimidating and scary but Greg and Janet made the whole process simple, upbeat, and fun. They did an excellent job listening to what we wanted out of a home and found us places that matched our vague descriptors. They never once made us feel pressured to buy a home nor did they ever say we should settle for a home. They even expanded our search to beautiful areas we didn’t even know existed, while still meeting our requirements to be near work and family. Greg and Janet are the best! They have helped lots of my family members get their homes and I keep referring people to them. They truly care about helping you find the home for you and they give you honest advice. They did great negotiations to get me my dream house. They have always been pleasant to work with and helpful with any suggestions… such as the best place in town to find decorations for my home and such… they are family oriented and even showed up when invited to my home warming party. I couldn’t imagine a different realtor and can’t even think of one thing I’d change. I’d never hesitate in using them again!!!

Greg and Janet go Above & Beyond their duties. They were extremely efficient as a team. In fact, most other open houses we stopped by were very poorly stage by those real estate agents which gave the house no appeal. Not only did Janet show her interior design skills that helped sell our house, but they really helped with the house hunt and negotiations to get us in our new house.
