Jose The Lawnmowerman

I had Jose install a drip line and planted flowers on my retaining wall. Some flowers died and Jose never returned my text or calls. I also had issues with my drip system which caused the flowers to die and again Jose didn’t return any calls or texts. Very disappointed with his service after he gets paid.

I called and made an appointment. Jose was very nice said he will meet me on Sunday. He never showed up an never called.

Does not answer or call back, called a plethora of occasions at different times, dates and left messages, nothing.

Thank you Jose for taking care of our yard and making things right. I appreciate your customer service and time. :)

Reliable and responsive is how I would describe Jose. He has been doing our lawns for three months and has done an excellent job. He does what we agreed he would do and anything extra we ask for. He doesn’t seem interested in taking advantage of you or overcharging.
His team is friendly and I would recommend them anytime. It is always pleasant to receive good customer service, but Great customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Jose!

I dont get it. I paid Jose 1500 dollars for a yard cleanup and arranged for him to cut my lawns every other wednesday. Our yard is usually locked, so i’d unlock the gates before going to work. He stood us up 3 times in one month! I left him a check outside and he didnt pick it up. i had to remind him. Perhaps he didnt want the job and didnt want to tell me? Could be charming but seemed scattered and was definitely unreliable. Wasnt fair to jerk us around like that.

He did a great job cleaning up my whole backyard. He follows through to what we agreed upon. Thanks Jose! Keep it up.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose. We worked with two other lawn service companies and both were pretty terrible. I was apprehensive about calling a third vs. giving up and doing my own lawn maintenance, but read Jose’s Unilocal reviews and decided to give him a try. Jose does an outstanding job on our weekly service, so we decided to have him remove and replace the backyard lawn, which was out of control with weeds thanks to our previous service company, and install a couple of trees.
Jose did an absolutely fantastic job, ordering topsoil and sod and arranging for delivery, doing everything on time as promised, finishing in one day, and kept the area very neat and clean. The new sod looks so perfect, and I cannot be happier with the quality of his work and his knowledge of grass and plants! I didn’t know this till I saw the leftover bag of dirt he saved for me, but Jose had gone through the trouble of purchasing really nice tree fertilizer soil for my new trees, and he even picked up the trees from the nursery.
Not sure there is anything Jose can’t do with your landscaping. Besides plants, trees, and grass, he can add sprinklers and repair your watering system as well. He is so easy to communicate with and the quality of work is outstanding. Believe me, after two terrible companies, I know bad lawn service, and it’s so nice not to have to worry about the yard anymore. Please don’t call anyone else, call Jose.

I called Jose based on what I had read in Unilocal,and was not let down. Jose showed up as scheduled and did exactly what I had requested. I needed to have my front lawn which was half dirt and half sod with dead spots as well as broken sprinklers with some needing to be relocated for better coverage. What I am most impressed with is that when one sprinkler was leaking that hadn’t been leaking at the initial estimate, and one leaking sprinkler actually required more work than originally thought, Jose immediately (the same day) came and fixed it, with no additional cost to me. My Front yard looks wonderful now, and I really like the water saving sprinkler heads he used.
I plan on hiring Jose to do my monthly lawn care!

Jose is an awesome guy, and he’s great at what he does! I called him to replace a few sprinkler heads and he met and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely friendly, gave a very fair quote, and even taught me how to adjust my sprinklers. He was able to move one sprinkler head about a foot to the right giving me better coverage for almost no extra money. I asked about building a fence for our dog run and he even has a guy that does that! My lawn looks awesome because of Jose! Thank you Jose The Lawnmower Man!

My hubby and I were noticing some brown patches on our backyard lawn. We definitely needed some immediate lawn care so I called Jose The Lawn Mower Man. Jose and his team were professional from the start! He installed new sprinkler heads and an irrigation system in my backyard within one day. Jose was super approachable, polite, and friendly. He always called me prior to coming by to provide his lawn care. My hubby and I highly recommend Jose The Lawn Mower Man to anyone and everyone looking for excellent quality lawn care!

Jose did not actually provide any service, so I am not rating him on that. My rating is based on being told, he would come by to look at a small project. I rearranged my schedule to be home for his estimate. Not only did he not show, he didn’t call. Tried calling to give one more chance, left message with no return call.

I called your cell phone to schedule an apt with you, and the person who answered the phone, said they had just found it. He promised he would return the phone to you. He had me text him your business address. If he doesn’t return it to you, you might check with Baby’s R Us to see if he left it with Customer Service. Good luck!
