Business Owner

As a recipient of good therapy myself, I went back to school after years in the corporate world to make a difference to people who want to grow, learn new ways of doing relationships, and heal the hurts that cause troubles today. You will find in me a caring, nonjudgmental listener who will walk with you through the tough times. I will also provide you with new skills to walk away with so that you won’t need me anymore!

Many women who have come to a stage in their lives where they have given all they have and feel like there is nothing else to give, find way to care for themselves again so that their tank is full again. They are able to set appropriate boundaries so that there is love for themselves and others.

Couples who come to see me are longing to get on the same page, stop having the same arguments over and over again, and want desperately to feel close and passionate again. I will coach you in communication skills but also get to the emotional and attachment needs.
