I would give them 5 stars if they weren’t so darn expensive. They have great service and do a great job. However, paying over $ 10 for a suit to get dry cleaned in NorCal is more expensive than getting a suit dry cleaned in my native SoCal. That just seems wrong to me…
Other than that, they rock!

I’m pretty picky about my dry cleaning, and I can honestly say Newbold’s does the best job for the best price. Hands down. My husband’s shirts are pressed just right, and any time one of the buttons come off, they have been great about replacing it. On two separate occasions, they have been able to remove a stain that was deemed «unremoveable» by a different dry cleaner years ago! They also offer same day cleaning if you come in early. That has saved me several times when I’ve needed something done last minute.
Overall, you can’t get much better when it comes to quality and customer service. Love this place.

I love leaving great reviews for great businesses such as this one. I’ve been a loyal customer since moving here from out of state three years ago and had several neighbors highly recommend them. I have always received exceptional customer service. On several occasions when I have had an emergency and needed something right away, they have always come through. They are courteous, efficient and have taken excellent care of our family’s clothing. On average we have ten items a week cleaned and everything always comes back perfectly! We’ve used several dry cleaners over the years as we have been relocated often and this one is the best yet by far. They have totally exceeded our expectations in every way!

Well, I’m sorry to have to say, I received very poor service here, over and over.
Three times I had to take things back because they came back worse than they went in, were pressed so harshly they became shiny and the lining edges showed through on the outside, or were covered in lint. On one pair of pants, the outside was rubbed raw over the zipper tab pull.
One of the employees was snarky, dull and uncooperative every time.
I called Brent, the owner, who was nicer; but when I went back (for the last time, it turns out,) the snarky employee had this nasty grin on her face as if to say, «I won, you lost,» when she told me (after the third press job was still unacceptable,) «The owner said to tell you that’s the best we can do.» She clearly enjoyed telling me this; I wonder if the owner really said it, or she was just a fool.
Really??? Unacceptable is the best you can do, and you act as if you won? Do you think having a job means snarking off to the customers?
Poor quality, worse customer service, unacceptable product. Don’t go there.
