I needed my wedding band and engagement ring sized. We just moved here from the Bay Area and didn’t know where to go to find a reputable jeweler. Man did I luck out! I called Santillan Jewelers and from the first sentence I shared with them I knew they were awesome people!
I have NEVER taken off my wedding or engagement rings and when I had to remove them because they were getting tight (hot weather and… ah hem, perhaps some weight gain) I felt incredibly sad. When I called Santillan they informed me that the jeweler is there on Mondays and could size my rings WHILE I WAITED! I was thrilled!
They sized them perfectly, cleaned the rings and checked the diamonds to make sure they were secure. Price was fair also.
When I put the rings back on my finger, I got a bit emotional being able to wear them again and the adorable salesperson (Damn if I can remember her name… Jody?) came out from behind the counter and hugged me! Ah! These folks are great people!!!

My fiancé and I came here to check out wedding bands and I’m so glad we did. I contacted Santillan Jewelers to have three simple silver bands resized. They quoted me a reasonable price and had great reviews so I took my mom to drop off her ring too.
They were attentive and extremely helpful and listened carefully as we described what we needed. The rings turned out perfectly and they exceeded our expectations and were very reasonably priced.
They helped us chose a simple silver chain for a charm my mom had and helped us remove the charm from the other chain so we could make sure it was right.
They went well above and beyond what we expected. I am not often completely amazed by a store’s customer service but I was amazed here.
The jeweler and the guy behind the counter (he likes sky diving) were both exceptional. Better give those two raises they will bring more service than any item in the store.

My (now) fiancé surprised me with a beautiful Claude Thibaudeau engagement ring from Santillan Jewelers last month! He told me how helpful Marty was and how easy the entire process was for him once he decided on a CT design. After the proposal, I went in with my fiancé and met with Matt. He was such a pleasure to work with as well! We received the very best customer service and I can be rest-​assured that I will continue to receive the best service anytime I go in to get my beautiful ring cleaned or adjusted. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my husband and had a bad experience at the store that I had been shopping at for 7 years and decided to expand my horizions. I wandered into Santillan Jewelers (across the street) and was so happy to see both Jodi and Matt my two favorite partners in all that glitters. Matt and Jodi who worked at another store in the area and left, they have been my personal consultants in my addiction to watches, earrings and all things that sparkle.
While in the store I was introduced to an amazing new (new to me) watch line called Mulco. I not only found a beautiful watch for my husband but I also found one for me, I also found some neclaces and earrings with my name all over them…
If you are looking for unique and amazing pieces perfectly priced then ditch the «box stores» and the guy across the street and head over to see Matt and Jodi and the rest of the gang. Man i don’t even know where to begin… I was referred to Santillan Jewelers by a buddy of mine who happened to get his wedding band here. He got me in touch with Lloyd. From the get go, I knew it was going to be a great experience. I am a guy who will be quick to admit that I love jewelry. Right away Lloyd could see that and he expressed his excitement of being able to go on a journey with me not only because I had a vision of what I wanted, but because I understood and respected the art of jewelry. I was left a diamond earring from my grandmother when she passed away. With it only being one earring of the pair, I would never be able to wear it. I had the idea to take that stone and incorporate it into my wedding band. It would give me the chance to wear the stone left to me, and also allow me to have a piece of my grandmother with me at all times right there on my finger for the rest of my life. My fiancé and I went in and met with Lloyd and immediately got to talking designs. I knew I wanted something unique and had a vision of a ring that I have always wanted. While talking with Lloyd, we came to agreement on a tweaked version of my dream ring. With Lloyd understanding my passion for jewelry, he opted to have my ring built completely by hand rather than a computer generated wax. This was a tall task considering that my ring is a square with straight edges! There is not much room, if any at all, for anything being slightly off when it comes to straight line edges. But let me tell you, this ring came out beautifully. we were able to mount my grandmas diamond smack dab in the middle of the ring and I could not be any happier. And the best part… My fiancé and I walked in with a budget in mind, we were open about that budget and Lloyd was still able to make it happen for a price right at our number. This man works wonders. Lloyd took me on a journey for my first custom piece of jewelry and made my wedding band quite the memorable experience. Most guys are content with walking into a store and pointing out a ring in the case and being done with the task. Me on the other hand, got a chance to experience something I have always wanted to do and wouldn’t have wanted to create such a masterpiece with any other jeweler. Thank you Lloyd. I was looking for a local Lashbrook dealer and came across Santillan Jewelers during my search. As an avid review reader, I decided to reach out to see if I could obtain what I needed. I started with email as I was unable to make a call at the time. With almost immediate response time, Lloyd Ellis returned to me with all the information I needed. At first, we handled most of the details via email. When I did have opportunity to call, I also spoke with Jodi who was bright and cheery. I felt like she was a long lost friend. I had the same experience when I got Lloyd on the line. The level of customer service is beyond exceptional. That being said, I placed my order and then waited until the ring was ready. Jodi called me as soon as it came in, just as eager for me to come get it as I was. I came in days later and picked up the ring. It was exactly what I wanted for my boyfriend. I stayed a while and filled them both in on the details of how I would be giving him the ring and they joyfully engaged into the story. They made the purchase and experience. Lloyd and Jodi… words cannot express… thank you so much! You helped pull off the most epic day! The ring, the engraving, the speed of delivery and the exceptional service were all amazing! I have been in the possession of my mother in laws heirloom diamond wedding ring set for over 30 years now and have never worn it. Due to the «worn thin» white gold band and my clumsiness I was just too fearful of loosing or damaging the precious family treasure. Also possessing lack of jewelry knowledge made me intimidated to walk into a fine jewelry establishment. This year I finally decided to get off my rear and have the «worn thin» diamond wedding band fixed. I chose Santillian Jewelers because of their perfect reviews on Unilocal.
When walking into their store I was immediately greeted by Jody and Lloyd. I explained my dilemma. Lloyd suggested having the band thickened and also add a $ 10 ring guard. Such a load was lifted from my shoulders. What I expected to cost thousands, to my surprise was a mere $ 250. The ring looks fabulous. After 33 years of marriage I finally get to enjoy the precious family heirloom! By the way, they cleaned and polished ALL my rings free of charge.

I love them! I needed to get my ring sized and they were very reasonably priced. They got it done in just a few days and when my ring was still too big, they resized it for no additional cost. They are super friendly and I love that they are locally owned!

I am having my wedding ring remade in another state. They asked me to send my narrow and wide measurements. I went to several jewelers in town that didn’t know what that meant or didn’t want to help me because I wasn’t there to buy anything. I happen to be in the shopping center and tried Santillan. I talked with Ted and he was happy to give me the measurements I needed and even cleaned another ring for me while I was there. Incredible customer service. I didn’t buy anything on this visit, but I will definitely be back. Their prices are great and their jewelry pieces are beautiful. Ted also told me about their community involvement and helping with non-​profits to raise funds. Love this local business!

It was nice to walk into a jewelers and feel like I belonged (cough Tiffanys cough). The staff never tried to over sale anything to me. They made sure I knew that they were aware of me but never pressed me to «buy»

I lost my wedding ring, which was 3 interconnected bands. I went to half a dozen jewelers who seemed unable, or less than enthusiastic about finding me a replacement. I d never heard of Santillan and wandered in as sort of a last ditch effort. I was greeted by Monica who made me feel like her best friend. She solved my problem and found me a replacement ring in less than a day. The ring she found was EXACTLY what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased especially given the negative experiences I had everywhere else. The entire staff at Santillan treated me like a special customer, but Monica really stood out. I love working with these guys and this will be the first place I go to for jewelry in the future.

I walked into these jewelers and asked if they could check my watch battery. The owner replaced my battery for free. Thank you Santillan for great customer service! I will come back if I need any fine jewelry because I was treated so well by the owner and store manager. Beautiful clean store.

Santillan’s is tremendous. It’s been not only my best experience with a jeweler but one of my best customer service experiences ever.
Neither my girlfriend nor I knew anything at all about diamonds and weren’t sure what to do about her engagement ring. We went to almost every jeweler in the area and said basically the same thing which is «We’re looking to buy soon, but not today, and don’t know anything. What can you show us?» Some were friendly but uninformative, some didn’t even want to talk to us when we said we weren’t looking to buy right away and some were even moderately helpful. But Santillan’s was far and away the best experience. We talked with Ted who sat us down and basically gave us a primer on diamonds. He showed us a ton of stuff across all price range and was very honest about what we could get for our money and what we should expect. They even brought us coffee which was a nice little touch. We left knowing way more than we ever thought we would.
Of course I went back to buy the actual ring because they were so much more helpful and informative than anywhere else. We found a cut that my girlfriend absolutely loved. It was slightly above my price range but they worked with me to find a way to fit it in and I ended up with a really good deal for the money. We got an absolutely beautiful ring. My girlfriend (now fiancée) couldn’t be happier with the ring and I’m happy with the price. It really stands out against her friend’s rings, some of which cost significantly more.
I can’t recommend this place enough. By far the friendliest service I’ve encountered. Ted really seemed to care and was really helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help. I’ll definitely be back.
