Had the heart to heart ritual. The whole experience was amazing. My wife and I will definitely go back.

If you want to spend $ 75 plus tip to sit in a lovely space for an hour… then go for it. other than that, their ‘reflexology’ foot bath treatment was a joke. My teenager would give me a better experience in rubbing my feet. Like I said, lovely accoutrements and space, but that’s about it!

I love this place! Best place to get a massage hands down! They have a very nice and friendly staff.

Been there twice so far. Great massages, great staff, and great atmosphere. The only thing that would set this place over for me is if they served champagne! Or you could at least bring in your own. Regardless, I’ll be back

While this review is not of the massage itself but of Serenity Spa’s service. I bought a friend a gift card for a massage for her birthday. She had the massage, enjoyed it-​but when she came to check out, they «couldn’t find» her gift certificate. She showed them the email confirmation, they finally found it & they said she owed $ 2. I bought the gift certificate for that particular massage, why would it be the wrong price? It is really unfortunate that my friend left a stress relieving massage to be stressed because their system doesn’t work right.

So I just moved back to the area after living in Scottsdale AZ. Home of some of the greatest spas in the country.
I wanted to surprise my wife with a spa treatment. I looked at the best of and found serenity spa, they have two locations Roseville where I live is the one I picked.
I called and Ashley answered very nice person!
I told her the treatment my wife enjoys most and she explained in detail!
Very nice, and the products they use I recognized from my wife’s conversations. So it was 2:30 Sunday afternoon and she made room for my wife at 6 .
I paid over phone. can’t give a surprise then have her pay:) .
My wife got there at 6. They were pleasant and explained they made mistake the appointment should have been at 6:15 no big deal. And they were running a bit behind. Still my wife did not mind.
To say she had a great experience there would be an understatement!
She loved it.
She said it was as good as any spa she visited in Scottsdale or anywhere got that fact !

I am by no means a regular but this is my absolute favorite spot for a massage. They really take care of you. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxing and every massage I’ve had (all from different therapists) has been consistently amazing. Highly recommend!

I love Serenity Spa! I booked a couples massage here and am glad I did. There is a nice ambiance as soon as you are greeted. We were offered tea and to sit in the zen room (which was very nice and relaxing).
Both of our masseuses were nice and calm, talking to us for a few minutes in the zen room while we received a warm water/​rock foot massage.
For the couples massage, we were take to a room that looked like 2 smaller rooms that opened to one; it was nice and you are still there with your partner while still having your own space.
The massage was perfect and I loved the music and aromatherapy used (I believe it was Aveda products, which always smell amazing).
I would definitely come back here for a spa day or even to try a yoga class.

Danielle was fantastic. She did Cranial Sacral Therapy on Wednesday; today I feel like a new women. Entire staff was polite and professional, including my first contact with a wonderful gal at the Folsom location. No doubt if you are looking for services and relaxation call Serenity Spa … thank you Danielle.

Great place, nice setting with friendly people. My whole family goes in for massages, never had a bs experience.

This place is wonderful. My sister and friend were visiting for the weekend and they worked us into the schedule with a day’s notice. The customer service was top notch. We got 3 lomi lomi massages and it was well worth it. All the little extras, like foot soaks and chocolate covered strawberries make this place a cut above. I will definitely return.

Came in today for a Sweedish massage and a foot treatment from a mother’s day gift and Denise was amazing! I don’t get a lot of massages because i am normally ticklish or I find them to be too hard to where it hurts but this one left me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Oh and the chocolate dipped pineapple is delicious!

I have been to this Spa many times since it opened. Even in the old location. I actually attended the original grand opening years ago. It is so relaxing and such a great escape from the world. I have never had a bad massage. My only complaint is that I had a room with the ac blasting last time and I was freezing! I told the masseuse but she just said oh yeah this room is cold. Not very relaxing to be almost naked and cold. I still have to give them 5 stars though because I have been there countless times when it was perfection.

Amazing service and treatments. I came in on a whim to get a facial for the first time. They took me no problem and after filling out the paper work I was laying down in the bed.
Signed up for the monthly facial club as well. Great deals for my treat yo self day. I was very impressed by Janice who talked me through the whole facial and gave me some great samples to go home with. The membership even comes with a free treatment during your birthday month! Overall, a great way to end a very stressful work week

The Zen Lounge is fabulous! My daughter and I were surprised with a gift of of 90 minute massages that were heavenly! I have degenerative disk disease and was in a great deal of pain when I walked in I walked out feeling great. My daughter had a migraine and left feeling fabulous. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! LOVE LOVE IT!

If relaxation to you is a great foot rub or a deep deep tissue rub, Serenity Spa is the place to go.
I had the foot rub and was able to melt into complete relaxation.
My husband had the sports deep tissue massage. He loved it. He’s avoided massages in the past because they just weren’t doing it for him. This massage did. His masseuse knew exactly what to do to get him the results he was needing.
We will be coming back very soon.

Amazing place you are immediately taking into their zen room to relax with some water that is infused with fruit or tea. You also fill out a form of its your first time that details what you like etc. Then they come in and massage your feet and talk you about what you would like to work on. Then it’s massage time and they do an amazing job. I really recommended Fallon she knows what she is doing. Great place 5 stars isn’t enough but that’s the max.

I had never been here before, but my stepdaughter-​to-​be got my boyfriend & I a couples massage here for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the spa is when we arrived. It has a very relaxing and peaceful ambiance to it that’s more genuine than some other spas I’ve been to. I noticed that they offer yoga classes here, which I’d love to try out sometime.
When it’s your first time there, they’ll have you fill out some paperwork while you enjoy a super fancy chair massage. Our masseuses’ came to greet my boyfriend and I and soaked and massaged our feet and brought us water and asked about what we like and dislike for our massages. Once the room was ready, they brought us back to enjoy personalized massages. My boyfriend got a deep tissue and I got an amazing Swedish which included the most relaxing head massage I think I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure I was drooling for most of that part.
Something totally unexpected was that my boyfriend actually set up our proposal here before we had arrived. At the end of our massages, he had part of the staff come in and film us while he popped the question. It was a real treat that they recorded it for us and shared such a romantic and special occasion with us. They brought us water and extra large chocolate-​dipped strawberries after and we both left glowing and excited and being congratulated by the entire staff. It was SO sweet and an unforgettable experience!
When it came time for me to get a facial, of course I had to return to Serenity Spa for it. They were able to fit me in for a next day appointment with Brie. She was so relaxing and really took her time to give me an excellent facial and sent me on my way with the smoothest, clearest face. Brie suggested a couple of products that I’ve just loved using since and will look forward to seeing her again next month!
Oh and if you think the chocolate-​dipped strawberries were just a romantic treat from our proposal, they aren’t! They serve them after facials, too!

This place is awesome! They truly know how to create an atmosphere of relaxation! I have been to a lot of different spa places and this place beats some of the huge spa facilities at hotels! I was very impressed! My masseuse was a 10! Definitely in my top 3 list of best massages and technique.

They have a great zen relaxation room where you can meet your masseuse and start your treatment. They have cozy robes and sandals to slip into. They start by soaking your feet and giving you a light foot massage. You are then brought to your room and shown where the real magic awaits! The pressure and techniques were perfect!
We even were able to rinse off in a private rainfall shower! It was very relaxing and a great way to end a great short getaway!
Did I mention the chocolate strawberries!
Ya it was the best!

I had the most relaxing experience.
The ambiance is awesome, very well decorated, it smells so good in there.
Upon arrival I was offered water of tea. Then I was taken to the room to change. I got all comfy in a very soft robe. Then off to the zen room where my massage therapist got to know me while washing/​massaging my feet with hot stones.
After that, we went to the massage room, the sheets smelled clean– there was nice music, awwwwww so good!
I had a 1h Swedish massage. Heather — the massage therapist was very good.
After that was over she came back with a tray with water and a a sweet treat.
I swear they think about every detail — I love it.
I wouldn’t change anything ! The experience was fantastic! Thank you !
