THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
I have been seeing Patricia for about 3 years now. I had to leave a recommendation when I came across her name here because I can’t say enough positive things about her. She has given me massages, facials, and brow waxing, and she is great at all three!
There is NO ONE else I would trust with my brows. A couple times when I had an event and wanted my brows done but couldn’t get an appointment, I had someone else do them — a disaster every time! I learned my lesson and will never see anyone else again. I have fine hair and fine brow hair that is pretty sparse to start with, so it is easy to take too much and leave me with a bald patch. Patricia has never once left me with less that perfect brows.
I also once got a facial with someone else, and that also proved to be a mistake. When Patricia gives me a facial, I think it looks best about 2 – 3 days later, when all the redness and inflamation from the extractions calms down and everything is just smooth and even. After having someone else give me a facial, my skin was worse than when I went in for several weeks. I learned my lesson again! Of course, it helps that I have developed a history with Patricia over the past 3 years and she know my skin and brows like the back of her hand so she doesn’t make mistakes. She is always cautious and she takes a genuine interest in her clients.
Her massages are amazing, too! I have had massages from at least a dozen different people, and I really think she is the best. She is very in tune with you and what the body needs. She asks a lot of questions up front to make sure she understands what concerns you have and what kind of pressure you like. She is always my first choice for a massage.
Patricia is very personable, too. She gets to know you and asks about things you told her about at your last appointment the next time she sees you. She takes a genuine interest in her clients, which is important in customer service of any kind. She is relatively quiet and reserved, but opens up easily. It’s nice that she is really sensitive to what kind of interaction the client likes during a massage or facial. Some people like to just relax and enjoy it without any conversation, and she will be very quiet and just let you relax as much as possible — some masseuses will talk nonstop whether you want them to or not. But, if you’re like me and like to make small talk during your facial, she carries a conversation well and makes me feel comfortable.
Overall, I can’t recommend her enough. I already have my mom and best friend going to see her, and they have been equally pleased. I don’t know what I would do if she stopped working in the area. Someone as skilled and friendly as her is hard to come by!
