If you can not be nice to the customers don’t work here. I was treated very poorly by one of the lady employees. She was rude, making faces and grunts the entire time as if helping me was such an inconvenience! This is a place of business and she should learn to be nicer to the customers! I took my money elsewhere! Don’t even bother going here!

This Sprint location is the absolute worst. Ever since I switched from AT&T in May, I’ve had to call at least twice per month because something I was promised was later changed due to promotions being expired and lack of knowledge on the part of their salesperson. There is a major issue here with consistency and paperwork I brought in was «lost» and one excuse made after another. The deal to save money and switch and they will pay your old bill is seriously so not worth the hassle. I wish I was still with my old carrier because all I’ve added was a recurrent headache each month when I’m faced with new surprises on my bill. DO NOT switch! After being patient for a few months and giving them time to fix the issues with my account, I thought I would at least warn others from choosing this place. Salespeople make empty promises and half the time don’t know what the company policies are. So frustrating.
