SUGGESTION: Drive the extra few miles to the store on Snelling Ave.
The Rosedale store is not directly owned/​operated by Sprint. The staff is more concerned with upselling you so that they receive commission than getting you the services you need. I went into this location to do a phone upgrade and was told that I needed to change my services as well which would cost me $ 30 extra a month plus the cost of the phone. I declined and went to my local Sprint Store. There I was able to upgrade my phone without changing my service plan at all.
