Dr Putman was my personal chiropractor for 12yrs before moving out of state. Coming from a family of chiropractors, and being one myself, I am very particular about who adjusts me. If you are looking for a quality, precise, adjustment, this is your place. If you want fluff and the same treatment that everyone else gets, find a different joint. Dr Putman is by far one of the best chiropractors that I have ever met or been adjusted by, and I don’t say that lightly. A beautiful state of the art office, an amazing staff and conveniently located off the freeway, I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation.

These are awesome people. I cant say enough about each of them– the whole staff is truly amazing.
Theres 2 doctors; I see Dr Taylor and I am beyond grateful for her work. She has helped improve my scoliosis more than any chiropractor I’ve thought possible.
The Dr’s are so caring and knowledgeable. Each of them care about the well being of everyone in their office, even if the patients aren’t their own. The massage therapists are the best I’ve experienced. They listen to what you need and genuinely want to help you feel better.

Dr. Putnam and his staff are truly amazing. His treatments are not the same thing over and over like a lot of chiropractors. He really takes the time to see what is going on each visit and uses a variety of techniques depending on what’s needed. I’ve improved so much since I’ve been under his care these past months. I’m back in the gym on a regular basis and have him to thank! I’m here to stay! And the staff is so professional and positive and friendly! If you’re truly wanting to get better, come to this office!

My experience so far with chiropractors in the greater Sac area is that it’s a very assembly line approach with not a lot of awareness of newer and subtler techniques and both the doctors here are a bit more holistic in approach so that’s good. The setup is really awkward and unlike that of other chiropractic offices I’ve been to… there’s an open area where the massage therapists do really workmanlike 10 minute massages (one massage therapist here, Lesley, is an exception to this) while gossiping and chatting to each other, and when they are asked to do things like oxygen or laser they kind of resentfully do it while not paying a lot of attention. It’s a bummer to hear people complain about the work they do when you are there to get supported in healing. They seem sort of old school and like they don’t care about the quality of the actual massages or being present with your body while they are doing them, or even health in general, so I’ve started turning down the massages and other extras.
So, I recommend the chiros here for sure, but am not too sure about the other staff. Maybe I’m just used to a different approach.

I made an appointment for a first time visit. The woman told me she would be sending me some docs via email to fill out. I never received them and had to cancel my appointment due to something that came up. I left a message asking her to send the forms, giving her my email address again. No call back and no docs. I guess this is a difficult task for her. Not a good start. I haven’t rescheduled due to the lack of attention to detail.

I was rear ended and was really nervous about getting chiropractic care. However, I’m so happy that I found Twin Creeks. Dr. Taylor is so nice and does such a good job. She takes the time to explain everything and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. The office is inviting and friendly and everyone seems to always be in a great mood. I’m no longer worried and look forward to my visits.

TC is the best! All employees welcome you with a big smile, and genuinely happy to see you when you walk thru the door. Dr Putman has got my body on the right track in 6 short weeks, something I thought would take much longer. For the first time in years I can see a light at the end of the tunnel! I wanted to share what a pivotal moment in my life it was to walk into TC’s office and meet Dr. Putman. To finally have someone to listen and take me seriously about my pain, to have someone treat me as a whole person instead of as a series of disconnected parts and injuries, and to finally see physical evidence of the cause of my pain — well it was a huge comfort and turning point in my life. So much good stuff that has happened since then has been rooted in Dr. Putman’s diagnosis and treatments and I want to thank him and his entire team SO MUCH. They are far more than chiropractors and I’m so glad I found them.

Like a couple of the other reviewers I came here to try the spinal decompression therapy as a last resort. After 9 months of severe back pain, I finally got an MRI showing my nerves being smashed into my spinal canal by a buldging disc. The pain started in my lower back and went all the way down my leg, causing so much pain that I could not stand for more than 2 – 3 minutes without my leg giving out because the pain was so intense. Walking for more than a few ft at a time wasn’t even an option. My Dr recommended me for an injection shot in my back which he said probably wouldn’t work, and then to have surgery, which he also said doesn’t always work and sometimes has to be done more than once. He said there was nothing else I could do, because a buldging disc wont go back into place once its out. Luckily, determined to not have back surgery, I stumbled across Twin Creeks Chiropractic and their Spinal Decompression Therapy. After my first meeting with Dr Oberti, he evaluated my condition, looked at my MRI, and pretty much guaranteed me that this therapy would work for me. Desperate at this point to get back on my feet and to be able to walk again, I decided to spend the money and take a chance. My treatment did take longer than normal, but Dr Oberti stuck with me and treated me until I was completely better. I have been pain free for about 6 months now and only come in once a month for an adjustment. Dr Oberti and everyone that works here are very friendly and always made me feel comfortable when coming in for my treatments. I would highly recommend contacting them if your looking for an alternative to surgery and also for regular adjustments.

Love the people there! They are all so nice, and the doctors really know what they are doing! They are very extensive, doing the exam and x rays before anything else to ensure the right problems to be assessed. Even just after my first appointment, I’m feeling better already!

Twin Creeks Chiropractic has changed my perception of what a chiropractic office is supposed to be. Courteous & professional with a very personal feel. I reached out to Dr Oberti as a last resort, at 24 years old facing major back surgery. An injury from the military had left me with a major disc herniation between L4-​L5. When I found Twin Creeks Chiropractic I was barely able to walk. After reviewing my X-​rays and MRI’s it was recommended that I try decompression therapy. Throughout the next couple months I completed my therapy and what a difference it has made. It absolutely changed my life. I can’t describe the feeling of relief I have waking up every morning free of back pain. The entire staff was very supportive through the whole process. Twin Creeks Chiropractic absolutely sets the standard for what chiropractic treatment should be.

I am continually impressed by the quality of care at Twin Creeks. Dr. Oberti and Dr. Putman are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, professional and encouraging. I’ve gone into their office with pain and left feeling relieved, informed, and grateful– definitely my favorite chiropractic experience, and I highly recommend them as a health and healing resource. Best Chiropractor around! My sister in law bounced from chiropractor to chiropractor until she found this one, now many family and friends go here. We drive all the way from elk grove! Yes! Its worth the drive. MUST REQUEST DR. PUTMAN!

After visiting numerous Chiropractors from Chicago to La Jolla to Twin Creeks in Roseville, I can honestly say that Doctor Oberti is one of the most helpful and effective Chiropractors that I’ve encountered.
He knew my condition after only talking with me for 10 minutes because he took his time and listened to me. Why is that so rare with Chiros? He educated me on the importance of getting an x-​ray before I let someone adjust me in the future. Makes me wonder about those vultures at the home show that want to snap, crackle, pop our bodies without a care for our well-​being…
I found him through my father who couldn’t walk before working with Dr Oberti. He was receiving spinal decompression from another chiiro in the area without results and when he found the Twin Creeks, he was walking in 10 days.
I highly recommend this office if you are in pain or have given up on Chiropractic care.
