Roslindale is fortunate to have this jewel of a business. It’s a tastefully decorated and cozy spot. On street parking is readily available; of the few times I’ve been there, I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. As for the business itself, the owner does a great job with keeping the latest trends in the store at all times. They brand themselves on exclusivity which is great since Boston is such a small place. The last thing you want is to buy a cute pair of shoes that you then see other women rocking when you step out for the night. The shoes are very reasonably priced and they tend to have sales pretty often, which makes space for new styles(which they have quite frequently). In Fetysh’s defense to the 2 star rating they received, you can’t expect a boutique to carry wide width shoes. Heck, some of the popular stores in the mall(i.e. Aldo) don’t even carry wide width(nor do the ones the reviewer mentioned, to my knowledge). Yes, they are currently only open Friday-Sunday but anyone who has been in the store or is on their mailing list would know their hours are extending in March, which is only a couple days away. As for the mailing list, I’m on it and have been for months now and I don’t receive emails on a daily basis, so I’m not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. Note to that reviewer: If you would suggest a business to someone, even if there’s a small stipulation, don’t give them 2 stars. That just seems very contradictory. Fetysh Shoes and Accessories definitely stands behind their value proposition. If you know what they’re about, then you know what to expect. Update: For the other reviewer’s and everyone else’s information, I am not an employee or the owner of the company, nor am I related to anyone in the company. If you checked, you’d see that I’ve been on Unilocal for years and do have other reviews on here. I wrote this review because 1) I happen to be a regular shopper at Fetysh Shoes and 2) I wanted to give my input on this business which I feel deserves more than a 2 star overall rating. In response to Boriqua, there’s no boo-hooing here. I happen to stand by businesses with which I’ve had a good experience. And I happen to use Unilocal to read and leave reviews about businesses, not reviewers…
