My landlord sen these guys for BBs and I was pleasantly surprised! The instructions they gave for cleaning and preparing the apartment were good, but not the most thorough; however the exterminator was PROMPT and they soaked EVERYTHING in the pesticide. Baseboards, furniture, everything. We were vaccuuming up dead ones for two or three weeks after that, not one live one (save a near-​death straggler literally skittering in circles) and not one bite! They indulged us with a follow-​up, the guy was very talkative and knowledgablel. About a month later, we have had no bugs! No sightings (we have climbups), no bites, nothing! We’re thrilled!

Horrible service for BB’s.
Conducted a treatment in September. lasted the most 3 weeks. Asked for a follow up and problem actually dramatically intensified the SAME WEEK! Have been attempting contact since and no one has gotten back to me. PCO doesn’t do a thorough job. Uses pesticides instead of more effective steam/​heat treatment. And uses products that I can purchase myself through
so no wonder their service is uneffective. He also couldn’t even identify possible places the BB’s would be or their droppings.
