I have been bringing my car here for inspections, oil changes, and repairs for the past 8 years. I prefer to support local, family owned businesses, and Knapps never disappoints me. They have consistently been fair and honest about the work that has needed to be done on my car, and the prices and quotes for work are very reasonable. They work very quickly too – if I drop my car off at 7 or 730am for an inspection, I usually get a call by 830 that its either ready or with an estimate for work needed to be done. Thanks for such great service Paul and family!

I have been going to Knapps for years but my most recent experience really impressed me. I called them on a Thursday and had a limited time schedule I know I had a part that needed to be replaced and they were very accommodating. I dropped my car off that night and I was able to pick it up on Friday afternoon! Not only were they fast my car sounds better than ever! I was shocked by how well it drove after they gave it back. I barely had to go half a day to replace a major part in my car. Oh by the way it was cheaper than I saw it would be online! Thanks Knapps! Always helping a girl out!

I have brought my car here twice to be inspected. Both times I requested a phone call before any additional work was done to the car. (At this time I was in school and on a very limited budget.) And both times they ignored my request and I ended up with bills for way more than I intended to pay for an inspection. This would have been ok if they would have just called before they did the work like I asked. They also threw out the old parts and when pick up time came all the mechanics had disappeared so no one could even really tell me what they did. I just think it’s bad business and I won’t go here again. Not even for gas.
