North Bay Cadillac Buick GMC

I would NOT recommend this dealer for any type of service. I took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and two recalls. I was provided with a loaner since the service was supposed to take 2.5 hours. I was called to pick up car 1.5 hours later. When i arrived the car was not cleaned as documented. Also, the tires were never rotated… I was able to determine based on a previous curb rash on a wheel that was in the same location. How can I believe that they actually repaired the factory recalls or changed the oil???

Had trouble with brakes. Went to a Meineke station that does all my work. Was told the rotors could not be cut due to carbon spots in them, Had to purchase new rotors and pads. Normally this is a wearable item. However, the metallurgy was compromised and could not be cut clearly a defect. The vehicle was only over a year old. I had two recalls so that when i brought the car in to the service center I mentioned that they were still in the trunk of my car so that they could see what I was talking about. I also had a second opionion on this who concurred with the first. I had asked that compensation for this invoice be made because this occurred prior to the purchase of this vehicle. I was told due to bad winters this is common. This is pure BS no matter how you slice it. I have several other vehicles that have had brake jobs recently and none of them had this problem. Cadi never stands behind their product once the deal is sealed. I have had other issues. The service at Mercedes and Audi are much more accommodating. My next one I will be going back to them. Very dissappointed.

Had an appointment 9am for an oil change two hours later still waiting for my truck. Went to sales center they do not tell you service is at a different location. Shouldve just went to jiffy lube not worth the wait, place is dirty and disgusting. Expected Alot more from Cadillac. Skip this place

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Service Dept. Girls on the phone were rude. They don’t list there service dept address on their web site so I went to the great neck address this address is only a sales location. The sales dept doesn’t open till 9am but my appt was at 8am so there was no one to talk to at that location. Called the service line no answer it’s now 8:15am. I found out that the service area is in Roslyn from the Jag dealer next door. Drive over to Roslyn it’s 8:45 still no girls at the desk to answer the phone I found out they were supposed to be in at 7:30am. Then the problems continued with Marino the service consultant. The place is dirty disorganized and an out right disaster.

This is the most horrible service department that I have ever been to! It took an hour just to speak to a service advisor and more than a half hour to pick up my vehicle for a simple warranty repair! The receptionists seem like they certainly do not want to be bothered by customers at all. This place is unbelievably disorganized. The only highlight was the service advisor, Mark. He is an excellent advisor. If you have no other choice but to go here, pray that Mark can help you. Otherwise, if you feel like wasting your time this is the place for you!

This place is awesome. They always take care of my concerns and address all my concerns without bitching about it or trying to weasel out of warranty repairs.
CITY Cadillac is a few blocks from my house but their service is horrendous; the drive out to long island is defintley worth it.
